Disliked: Staff & service, room comfort

Management needs serious improvement

Stayed for 3 nights, 2 adults, 2 kids. The village area is great: plenty of shops and restaurants within the center, nice pool area, and free tram to go to the beach about 1mile away. The unit is nice, but a bit tight for 4. There is no balcony in this unit, but only access to one at the end of the main hall. Don't forget to get your condo access early via email. There is no housekeeping service during the stay. There were no sheets/blanket available for our 2 nights, and towels never came. We bought our own towels and used them as blankets. Calling the support phone many many times did not help. We will use a different company the next time we go to Rosemary Beach.

There were no wristbands in room which granted access to pool and ocean was closed due to unsafe conditions. we were kicked out of the pool area and not allowed back in. never rcvd wristbands while there. no toiletries were set up for stay. had to search for them in closet.
