I like that in the preferred lounge bartender russell was very helpful and I was there from September 2 to the seventh and the amenity worker Oscar by the pool was very helpful housekeeping was good and cleaning the rooms and everything. All the staff was very respectful and very helpful.

Room was well equipped with everything we needed including a fully stocked fridge with a variety of cold beverages and a coffee station. Food was very good. Staff was extremely pleasant and professional at all times. The bathroom in the guest room could use a deep clean especially the shower area. We loved our stay and would definitely return. I would highly recommend the upgrade to the bigger suite and private pool. I would've preferred if the lounge was adults only. The food and drinks were great and the staff was very attentive. We would consider returning and vacationing here again!
