Last minute booking, and they had my information and the check in was very easy. The hotel had lost their internet connection, but it was late and had very little impact on my stay. The hotel was clean, the room well equipped, and the free breakfast was very filling.

The front desk clerk at check-in wasn’t overly friendly but wasn’t rude. There were no bath towels in our room when we arrived. The door to our room was very loose…it latched but would move back and forth and was so off track you couldn’t lock the deadbolt. The walls are PAPER THIN and the doors in the room and the main door are completely hollow and cheap. The door handle to the bathroom was almost falling off. All the doors on our floor would SLAM if you didn’t hold them until they closed…that made for tons of slamming until early morning. The carpet needed a good cleaning so we just kept shoes on anytime we walked around. Sheets and bedding seemed clean and the bathroom was cleaned as well, just needed towels. Girl at checkout time was super friendly.

Good, basic property. Appeared clean. Nice bathroom. Walls are terribly thin. We could hear our neighbors’ tv, doors, and water/toilet all night. Beds were small (double) and very hard. Check in and out was good and continental breakfast was simple and efficient.

Our room and the areas that we used were very clean and neat. The breakfast was good. Nice selection and plentiful. The only negative I have, is probably just me, when I stepped into the tub for a shower, it felt a little slick and I was a little concerned about slipping.

It gets the job done for a weekend trip. The property is quiet and clean. Easy access to CVS and Walgreen's. A few places to eat nearby. Staff was pleasant. Did not attend breakfast hours. Room was clean, bathroom had Dove products! Overall would recommend.

Not so hot water

The room was nice and comfortable, food was good and we had a great stay until our last day. I got up early on the last day to head for the airport and there was no hot water to shower or get ready for the day. let the shower run for 10 minutes and still no hot water.

One thing I did not like is the curb cut into the parking lot, which forces one going east on SR-22 to reverse course to access the entrance. Not much to do about it, but not the greatest site planning. But breakfast was good, most amenities were good, and I liked having access to a laundry room, which I needed during my stay.

We went for a night. When we opened the sofa bed stunk the whole room. Someone urinated in that mattress and it wasn’t cleaned up. Then they switched us to another room, and smelled very bad, between humidity and urine. Not recommend it.

My whole experience with this booking has been awful. I requested to cancel the reservation, without the late cancelation fee, because TS Nicole disrupted my plans. Hotels.com sent me an email informing me that they spoke with the hotel and they agreed to allow my cancelation without the fee. Two days later, Holiday Inn charges my card the full amount of the stay. I reach out to Hotels.com customer service again and now they can't find the email they sent me and tell me "so sorry" but we can't get you a refund.

The elevator was broken and I am disabled and cannot climb the stairs and certainly cannot carry luggage up the stairs. If expedia doesn't refund my money i believe i have a really good court case. I was not informed that the elevator was broken and could not get help from anyone at expedia on the phone before I tried to check in. I am 100 percent disabled and my wife tried repeatedly to get someone on the phone but 2 different people hung up on her. I like expedia but there is no customer service. I will not use this service again if not fully refunded.
