Good location, hot breakfast, clean room.

The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. Another plus is it had hot water which is not always the case. The only light was in the entry therefore the room was too dark to read. A lamp next to the bed would have fixed this. It didn't ruin our stay. Perfect location and it was quiet.

Hard to connect to the WiFi. The hall phone sounds very loud since early in the morning. The location is excellent, very centric.

Un Hotel sin Internet en estos días es inaceptable

Todo bien excepto por el Internet. Es increíble que en plena ciudad no puedas tener servicio. Es un atraso grande cuando necesitas algo tan básico y simplemente te dicen que tienen problemas de cobertura y ya. No resuelven nada. De haberlo sabido no lo hubiese elegido.

noting was unique. Every thing was ok until I got into the room, I went to use the bathroom and when I tried to take toilet paper, there was non, I was lucky I had a couple of napkins in my pocket, I went to the reception to ask for some and they sent a big roll, I could not put it in the dispenser and they did not do it, it was around the bathroom for the seven days, they did not provide with a single cup, plastic or glass, the room is very dark at night, if you are at bed and need to read any thing, you can not because they do not have night table lamp. This is getting too long and there are more things to say. The trip was great, the transfer from the airport to the hotel and back was perfect, only the room and the restaurant are not to the standard.

A nice clean old hotel.

Hotrl Parador is a nice older hotel. It is convenient to Dubway and bus routes. There are many different restaurants and bars nearby. The hotel has a decent restaurant but I ate most of my meals outside. The room was a 3rd floor with a small balcony. The doors had gaps at top and bottom but they were secure. Their entire staff was very friendly and helpful. My Spanish was pretty poor but we were able to arrange whatever I needed. Local tours, airport transportation, places to go. I will return to Parador for my next visit.

TENIA UNA RESERVACIÓN PARA DOS ADULTOS TRES NIÑOS YA ESTABA PAGA Y AL MOMENTO DE REGISTRARME ME INFORMARON QUE NO HABÍA DISPONIBILIDAD, NOS OFRECIERON UNA HABITACIÓN CON TRES CAMAS SENCILLAS, OBVIAMENTE NO PODÍA ACEPTARLA. Was a big event in Panama City on the time I arrive so when I got to the hotel and try to check in .... I find out that they sold my room because they make more money! They try to send me to a not even one star hotel that I refuse to go there!!! I never recommend this hotel!!!!

I guess they did a good job with the photos posted online because when I arrived, I felt I was in a different place. And not exactly in a good way. When checking in, I was given 2 room keys and told to go look at them myself so I could pick which one I preferred. I felt strange that hotel staff didn't come with me. When I booked (because of the photos and price) I thought I had reserved a room with a bathtub and a mini fridge. Turns out, I didn't (that was my mistake). But when I asked if I could change rooms and pay any difference so I could be in one that did have those things, They tell me they don't have rooms with bathtubs and the only one that has one is having work done so its out of service. They did have rooms with a mini fridge but they couldn't change rooms for me until the next day (I would be out all day for the next 2 days). I decided to stay and make it work somehow. I go up to my New room and open the door to see there was a Phone book lying on the floor as soon as I opened the door. Randomly. I had to go back down to the receptivo to get the air conditioning and TV remotes, I felt they could have given them to me when checking in. I left some cigarrettes in my night stand drawer the night I arrived, I counted them. Left in the morning and came back a night to find less than what I left. Yes, they're only cigarrettes but I felt uncomfortable with what that represents. I no longer felt my things were secure in the room. Overall. Not a great experience.
