Property without hot water in Panama is normal. The climate is so warm and the water's not so cold, so a shower is tolerable. The water is clean and tasty.

1st visit to Panama
Our stayed at this hotel was Superb! Quality Customer Service and reasonable rates. Great location and easy access to the train/metro station and busses, especially if you are going to shop at the Albrook Mall. The gentleman and the young lady (D) with the braids at the front desk were extremely supportive towards our concerns which made our visit extra special. Any minor issues we had were dealt with in a timely manner. The room was spacious and came with a refrigerator but next time we will certainly book a room with a kitchenette as it will be more suited for our family needs. However, our room was peaceful (no noise from external areas) and provided valuable sleep. My family and I also enjoyed the safety surroundings and being able to walk to the metro station and restaurants (McDonalds, Wendy's, Subway etc.) within close proximately to the hotel. As a result of our wonderful experienced, we will certainly stay at this hotel again!

Great location, super close to the metro, safe area with lots of dining options. Hotel has everything you need, but it is a bit outdated and run down. Staff are very helpful and fixed a couple of problems I had with my room very quickly.

This is not a hotel
This is a worn out place. Need lot of maintenance and repairs. There is no iron board, microwave, Kettle in the room. It is plain and simple beds.

If you are looking for a kitchen to cook real food, this is not the place. Very limited on pots and pans and cooking essentials. Ok, to re-heat leftovers or make coffee.

This property is misrepresented as a hotel where it’s actually a Motel at best. The rooms are unkept and uncleaned. With the Coronavirus it felt very unsafe being there do to the apparent lack of sanitation. The customer service rep was very nonchalant and couldn’t speak English immediately upon me requesting a refund . She spoke just fine beforehand. And Expedia didn’t put an accurate picture of the faculty. I took some for the records.

Hot water lasted 2 minutes. Extremely poor lighting every room. floor needs replacing as it had bad water damage. We stopped eating complimentary breakfast as it was so bad. I normally don't give bad reviews but they earned it and others should be aware.

The hotel is in a very central place, but is an old building and an old hotel in need of a overhaul, but is clean, plenty of hot water good air conditioner, free wifi and breakfast So for a low budget vacation is very good.

Nice hotel. We were happy that 6 could sleep in our room. The pool was very welcome. Good a/c and good breakfast. Not too far of a walk from the waterfront, but the area of the hotel is not charming. We were happy with it though. Nice hot shower and good internet.

The hotel has a friendly staff, the room are modest but clean and good space. The breakfast is included with the stay and it's very basic. The hotel location is great, safe and walkable to restaurants, casinos, few stores and close to the Metro. The only thing I will say was not good was the internet service in the room, it sucks. In overall is a good place to stay if you are looking for basic and affordable price.

The hotel is okay, not very impressive. The service was okay and the breakfast as well. The room was a little dirty and it smelled, but it had a cool view of the panama skyline and their pool. It needs to be renovated A LOT.

Tower House Suites is a decent hotel for the money. If you are looking for luxury, or even a four star hotel, go someplace else. If you are after a comfortable bed, good hot shower, a reasonable location, and a reasonable price, then this may be the place for you. I would put it in the solid "3 Star" catagory. It functions very well. The room had one double bed and two other singles. So if you are with a groups of folks looking to simply sleep for the night without any frills in a very comfortable bed, then this works great. The rooms are not sound proofed, and you can hear echos from the tile floor in the hall. The view of the city it Ok, but not great. I did not have the breakfast so I can't speak to the quality of the food, but there are a number of reviews where folks say it is good enough. This is centrally located. Decent restaurants are not far. There is an Indian restaurant across the street that smells good, though I have not had a chance to try the food. Parking is located beneath the hotel and it is tight. This is one of the better lower priced hotel that I have stayed in here in Panama City. Please keep in mind that it is lower priced, so don't expect 4 or 5 star quality, service or amenities. One more thing, the elevator access is not key card controlled. Only the rooms. So if this is something that will keep you awake at night you should consider another place. I can say that I felt completely comfortable and safe.
