Clean room with a nice view of the city. No wifi in the rooms while I was there.

The property was in good location and very convenient. The staff was nice and welcoming. The restaurant was closed and no breakfast was available. The room cooled down very quickly and was comfortable. There were limited bathrooms supplies and no room service for the 4 day stay.
Other than that, it was well worth the money. I would recommend it if you plan on being outside for the most of your trip.

Hey decent hotel with a Courteous staff. However, It is a great hotel for the price. The pool was open but the restaurant and bar was closed.
3 1/2 stars
My husband had to move rooms 3 times with our toddler. Room 1 WiFi didn’t work, room 2 WiFi ok, but air conditioning not working. Room 3 WiFi working pretty good but air conditioning still not cooling down. Advised to wait 30 mins for it to cool but only warm air blew out. He gave up and suffered for the night. Toilet had poop in it. Just overall terrible experience.

The staff were wonderful, attentive and polite.
I don’t think this hotel caters to the likes of a visitor for the US.
My room did not have a chair to seat on (for the desk in the room) on. Luckily the adjacent room was empty and open and I was able to get a chair.
When I wanted to iron my clothes (I expected an iron to be in the room there was not!) I went to the reception to request on and was told there was only one!!! A few minutes later I received it.
The internet WiFi for the rooms did not work and I had to go to the swimming pool or lobby for a better connection (which was still slow comparatively).
It is recommended that when a visitor from a western country is visiting adjustments. An be made without incurring excess operational costs.
From a local perspective this hotel may be adequate but for someone visiting from the US it is not.

Would Stay Again, Food Options Are Limited
I stayed here one night. The hotel is excellent, and the rooftop views are amazing. The staff was friendly. The only downside is that there are not a lot of food options nearby.
Wifi has issues on the 10 floor, and the windows was derty that doesnt allow to properly view outside, beside that Ill stay again but need to take care of this, staff very frendly

It was ok, my only problem is that they don't allow you to eat or drink in the rooms which is not a rule listed on Expedia. As we had came there late we just wanted to grab take out dinner and eat it upstairs, I've never been somewhere that doesn't allow you to eat or drink in the rooms so I found that strange. Staff was nice and room was alright, just be aware of these rules that aren't listed!
I didn’t include breakfast
Rude staff
Dark inside lights were out
Not very clean and poor maintained
Not very family friendly

I did a last minute booking. When I arrived it was very late at night. The front desk lady was very nice and checked me in. However the room I was given had someone luggage and clothes already. I immediately did not feel safe or trusted staying at the hotel. I asked for a refund at the front desk because I was leaving. The front desk lady called her supervisor but it was denied. I will ask my bank for a charge back and I do not recommend staying here

Infinity was clean, mostly modern and the staff was very attentive to our needs. That was all great. However, there were problems like the pool, social area and restaurant being out of service. Plus, if you turn right and walk a block you’re at the malecón (ocean walk), but if you turn left mostly the area was run down, dirty and probably not the most safe.

Front desk speaks English which was very helpful. Check in was fine. Rooftop pool is very nice however there had been a heavy rain earlier in the day and the water floods the patio. TV in room was broken but front desk was helpful. I was only staying one night so didn't need it. Close to the metro and main boulevard near "Panama" sign.

The staff at reception are very helpful. It was one of the things I most enjoyed about my stay. Others have already commented that the area around the hotel can feel unsafe, I was shouted at by homeless people & there are working class girls in that area. The room was spacious but wasn't the cleanest. The windows were dirty so couldn't enjoy the view. The bathroom was clean but there wasn't any hot water. The air con just about worked. There's was an ironing board but had to get an iron from reception. There was a desk but no chair so acquired that from reception also.

Quirky
Quirky hotel in an unusual part of town.
Friendly staff, value price and close to Metro and Cinta Costera. Comfy bed and good AC. One good restaurant close by - Boulevard Balboa, also try Vertigo, further towards town.
The rooms seem utilitarian. I had a coastal view but could barely see out the windows. A little sad.
In the bathroom one whole shower door was missing? Not a big deal but... attention to detail and all that.
There are big notices on the lift in the lobby that you are not allowed bring any food or drink into the hotel and will be fined if you are caught. I guess there's a backstory to this.
READ BEFORE BOOKING! (Feb 15-2024)
- Staff at front desk is nice.
- location is good (only good thing)
- Rooms are terrible, extremely dirty, serious management issues, let's start with the elevator floor tiles are pealing off, room entry door got stuck with floor, floor tiles are separated with big gaps, most floor molding is broken and loose.
- Bathroom is even worse, only one towel with stain and holes, we had to call to get more towels, shower was filthy with mold, missing door, Sink had a hole and faucet was loose, we had to call for toilet paper and we had to go to the lobby to get it after waiting a couple hours because they didn't brought it, see pictures for details.
- Pool area, you can't see the bottom of the pool and where you can see is peeling off, the outside is destroyed, green carpet is destroyed, this place is a big mess.
- The surroundings of the building are unsafe, a lot of homeless people and bad habits issues.
