The location was convenient and the staff were friendly and professional. There were several disturbances from fellow guests over the course of 5 nights and the staff were quick to address the issues. The room was spacious and tidy but after days of feeling itchy in bed I discovered fleas on the bed and floor. I notified staff who were able to switch my room but never offered compensation of any kind.

It was very clean. Room was great, bathroom was spacious, and beds were super comfortable. Service was excellent and staff were friendy and accommodating.

Generally I liked the hotel. The cleaning lady cleaned the room BUT did not change bed lines and/or put another bar of soap and shampoo and wconditioner

The bathroom was disgusting black hair in bath, dirt around soap holder. Black hair on towels, bathroom smelt like urine. Bed was old and saggy with minimal pillows.

i loved our stay here. im surprised that it was clean and look new. the food were good also. very clean, spacious, 15mins away from beach which is totally fine because there's plenty of restaurant near the hotel and its not crowded and not noisy. most important no bed bugs, safe, quiet. the only cons i would say is there pillow a little hard. it needs to change but over all 9/10 honest review.

On my second night i started seeing roaches in my room. told the front desk said they would send someone to clean it didnt even switched my room. I left all day came back and it had only gotten worse called the front desk again and their solution was to practically kick me out in the middle of the night and only offered a refund for the last night. I will never book here again.

We had a little issue with first room that was given but after talking with Jes in the front office we were able to get the room situation corrected and it was a wonderful stay and we will be back.

First of all the room was not cleaned completely, the bathroom sink had long hair inside of it and there were not enough towels or toilet paper not until our last night. Room service never made the bed back up but I guess that’s their rule. The toilet itself was very low considering this is a modern style hotel so unless you like doing squats this is not for you. The walls are thin and you can hear everything!!

The property is well kept, the rooms are spacious and very clean, and the staff are truly amazing in the attention and service. I stayed for an extended period at the hotel after my wife was admitted to the hospital following a serious accident. The staff were so gracious, kind, and accommodating. Shayla, Ashley, and Jackson along with the rest of the staff not only made me feel like a valued customer, they made me feel like family. Their tremendous support and personal attention during my stay was a bright spot in a very difficult time. I thank them all.

This Laquinta hotel was amazing. Staff very friendly and helpful thanks to the customer service reps at the front desk. I really enjoyed my stay and will definitely stay here when I am in town.

Staff was friendly and outgoing. Property was clean. I didn't like the fact that they were letting some people smoke marijuana on the property. Signs are clearly marked that it is prohibited. Also it is against the law to smoke marijuana. If you have a medical card for it it is still illegal to smoke it in public places.
