It was an all right stay. until you have to stand in an unnecessary line waiting to get parking pass it needs to be a quicker way than that and unnecessary showing wristbands to guard when you have your parking permit in your windshield

Condos are very nice but could use a bit of extra care in cleaning thoroughly. Lots of conveniences located on the property and within close proximity. Resort is large so be prepared for a long wait at the elevators. Remote check in seemed to serve no purpose as I had to submit the information again upon arrival. Overall I would stay at this property again.

will not stay again unit 1230 was very outdated unit 1330 above every night had to call security at 2:30am security was awesome! was locked out of room 15 mins before check out. 30 mins later & 5 calls later got a temp code to door so we could remove our 2 final pieces of luggage. patio chairs broken at pool glass table broken in unit patio

Room was great! Loved the stay and all the amenities. Our only complaint was that we reached out to the rental agency twice to inquire about an additional night- with no response. Their loss I suppose.

Bedbugs, mold and THE WORST Costumer service. Do not rent this property they are infested with bedbugs in the entire apartment. They don’t look like they do a good job cleaning either, there is mold in both showers, the bed are very old and uncomfortable one of them is loose it feels like you going to fall. Their costumer service doesn’t help at all they just tell you “ you can leave the property if you don’t like like it but you won’t get a refund “

Your Comments We rent condos for vacation regularly. This was the first one that was not up to our standards. One dish towel for 10 days, 2 bathrooms with barely enough toilet paper for a day or 2, floors not swept before arrival, dirty refrigerator, limited towels including one hand towel for 10 days. Bath tub in second bedroom very dirty. Most condos we stay at have condiments to use none here . Anything we wanted to watch on tv had to go through the infinity app so we couldn’t watch much and the worst thing about lake town wharf is that I wear a leg brace and had to do 12 flights of stairs several times after waiting 10-15 minutes for an elevator to show up full of people so I couldn’t get on. We won’t be back to this complex ever again

Our stay for the weekend

There was 0 response from property manager. After multiple emails sent, VRBO messages, etc., we never received one response. We tried adding an extra night to our booking and had to go to the welcome center in PCB to do so, and then it took over an hour for them to confirm with property manager if we could do so.

We had a wonderful 4 night stay in room 1903!! Pros.. Beautiful view of both the gulf and the lake. Theres a gator that lives there. Washer and dryer in the room. Fridge has an ice dispenser on thr front. Convenient to everything! And we got to check in early!! Cons.. the walk from the parking garage to the room is really far!! If you are traveling w an elderly or disabled person, it might be a bit much for them. There was only 2 blankets in the whole room so bring yours! This is our 2nd time staying at The Wharf and we will be back!!

i loved and enjoyed the balcony views from either side of the condo. i did not like that the elevators didnt work on our departure and had to take the stairs from the 12th floor. other than that the stay was joyful and pleasant. will definitely be booking again for next year

The condo itself was nice and clean. It was hard to figure out how to get to the room from the parking deck and there wasn’t anyone offering any help. Once we found the room, it was nice and cool, but at about 10pm something changed and the thermostat didn’t seem to work.

Dirty and rundown

This place has seen its better days. When it was originally built years ago, it was probably very nice, but it's in a state of disrepair and it doesn't look like there's any intention of maintaining it well. The elevators hardly work and when they do, they are extremely slow. The property feels dirty and unmaintained. It doesn't seem like the cleaning crew pays much attention. There were multiple light bulbs out in our unit with no one to call to replace them. The communication was terrible and we were supposed to receive a welcome packet/parking slip/and wrist bands to move freely around the property and they never came. This entire property is rundown and dirty. It's poorly managed and needs real attention to bring it back to what was once probably a nice facility.

Nice condo, with a few issues

Not enough room here to write the whole nightmare story of our check in process!! While the condo was beautiful, clean, convenient and had gulf views from 19th floor, it was seriously lacking some cooking utensils. Plenty of all gadgets but no scissors, only 3 pots one of which was very large for pasta type of dish only. Not enough spoons (only 4). We had to keep washing by hand or dishwasher which wasn't washing them clean. We found 3 dirty dishes on the shelf from the time before we checked in. Asked front desk for scissors, never turned up after 3 days. Had issues with hot water, had to call twice and the nice elderly gentleman came and fixed it. Had to unclog main bathtub as water wasn't draining at all. TV was smart it said but we couldn't find Netflix, amazon apps to use our own accounts to watch movies.
