Room floor has not been mopped in a while. The floors was black. We wet a towel and went over the floor to clean it before our kids stepped on the floors barefooted. But other than that it was a great stay.

Location was not the best, but I choose it people was very nice the only thing only one person has to do everything so breakfast was not enough just eggs after 30 minutes not coffee (but just one nice person all the time)never anything else she just said is coming Cleaning was perfect for the price ju minute

The reception made us wait to check in. The room is dirty. Smells like cigarettes and is supposed to be a non smoking room im 9 months pregnant and the last thing i wanted was a room that smells like a ashtray the ac dont work and the chair has a poop stain on it.

The front desk clerk gave me an incredible amount of hassle because the name on my prepaid reservation was my full first name and the name on my card (for the incidentals) had my initials then my last name - as in John Smith on the reservation and JB Smith on the card. It took over 20 minutes for her to sort it out with someone on the phone. I've been traveling for over 50 years and this has NEVER happened. And the only way it was resolved was that I had another card that had my full name on it - a card that is for my business and I didn't want personal charges on it but I had to do it anyway or I wouldn't have forfieted the room and fee for that night. Needless to say, I won't be staying at this hotel again.
