Can’t beat the location . A place to lay your head after long days on the beach . Our pull out coach was digusiting . After telling the staff member . I was told to simply put more sheets on it. Walls are paper thin

The bedding smelled clean with a hint of bleach which I love. The hotel was conveniently located and my view was spectacular which is why I visit the beach. I utilized the one deck chair as this was an “unwind” trip for myself and it was perfect for that.

The room was nicer than I had anticipated to be honest. It was pretty clean. Spacious for what we paid. I loved being on the ground floor and did not think I would enjoy that, but walking straight in from the beach was perfect for us! It was quite noisy at times but it was during week 1 of spring break so I knew there would be late nights on and around the property. The location was perfect walking distance to many restaurants and pier park. Will keep this and the other Seahaven Properties saved to favorites so long as the affordable prices stay close!

Everything was nice and overall clean, however one of our balcony chairs were broken and there was a half gallon of milk left in the fridge left by most recent guest i assume. Staff was friendly and check in/ check out was a breeze.

Geto!!! People partied all night above us, threw things off their balcony, which landed on our patio. People standing all around the property smoking drugs. The sofa in our room was disgusting and had large rips in the fabric, the inside of the couch bed was so nasty ,it had mildew on it. I would not let our kids sleep on it This place is one of the worst. The only good thing about it was the employees at the check in were very nice.

Everything was fine with the room an Staff but the rooms need more sound barrier between the room.. people in the room next to ours where very loud all night long. Sounded like they where tearing the room apart, slamming the door every few minutes, talking an hollering very loud.. could not rest..

The room was clean, however when we arrived we stayed around 20 minutes outside waiting for the door to be opened because the key magnet in the door was not working. The biggest PRO of this hotel is the convenience to the beach. Back door leads practically to the sand. There is a shower a few feet away. The rest is 2.5 out of 5.

It was okay for the price, and it was nice to be right on the beach. The staff was not the nicest, and the main office was closed most of our stay, so it was a struggle to get more towels, trash bags, and toilet paper. Cleanliness was okay, but the pull-out bed was pretty gross. Very thin walls, could hear conversations of the people next door to us. The sink area was nice. No kitchen.

Room was clean and nice and had a great view of the ocean. Parking was a pain because of the bar next door. There is some work going on at the Reef, so check in and out was down the road at their other location. It wouldn’t have been as much of a hassle had I known up front that it would be that way.
