The staff was helpful with local info. I had a few issues. There was some loud work being done on the room next to mine at 1am, my AC don't really work well, and the bed was too firm. All survivable but annoyances Space is clean. Relaxing.

The room was clean but did not have the amenities advertised. No balcony or television. The hot water did not work most of the time. The location was close to plenty of bars and restaurants. I would not recommend staying here for longer than maybe 2 or 3 days. The price of the stay was great and cheap, but that's also probably why the place lacked better amenities. Not too bad for a very short stay. Staff was helpful.

WoW!!!! I never stayed at a Hostel before. It’s my first choice of travel from now on! I didn’t know what I was getting myself into. #NoRegrets Check in was a breeze. My room was quiet and clean. Just know you’re in the party zone. So if you want ear plugs. They provide them at the front desk lol. The Hostel has daily FUN activities to keep you busy. There’s a pool table, swimming pool on the roof top and other things to keep you active. I must say, Sarah was extremely laid back and nonchalant at check in. That’s what helped seal the deal. My entire experience was the same energy. Super cool. I’d highly recommend this hidden gem!

I enjoyed the activities for the guests as well as the fact that I could opt to have my own room and bathroom Honestly it was my first time but will not be my last! The staff were so friendly and both Spanish and English speaking.

They changed my room four times in one night and even assigned me a room that was already occupied. It was inconvenient, especially since I had just arrived. Other than that, everything was great. I would still recommend Viajeros to anyone.

Great private room for the price, great staff, amazing group of people you meet on the regular activities & tours, just loses a star as they don't understand volume control or any music genres outside reggaeton. The bar is great and one of the best places in town for a party, but it is full volume from morning to 3am, if you have a room on the fifth and probably also 4th floor no chance of even getting a siesta. I can sleep through anything and the night didn't even bother me as much as the fact you couldn't even go back in the day unless you wanted to be at club level volumes in your room. Just mix up the playlist and have some 15 minute chill periods!

O quarto estava adequado, porém a cozinha apresentava condições de limpeza muito deficientes. O ponto mais grave, contudo, foi um episódio de violência contra minha namorada dentro das instalações do hostel. Enquanto utilizava o banheiro da área comum (unissex), ela percebeu que uma pessoa, no box ao lado, estava captando imagens ou vídeos dela com um celular. Ela saiu imediatamente e me avisou. Fui até a recepção no mesmo instante e solicitei a verificação das câmeras de segurança do corredor que dá acesso aos banheiros, para identificar o indivíduo que estava ali naquele momento. A equipe de recepção não demonstrou empenho em recuperar as imagens. Como precisávamos sair para a rodoviária, ficou combinado que o hostel enviaria posteriormente o registro da pessoa responsável e tomaria as providências cabíveis. Nada disso ocorreu. A experiência deixou uma sensação de insegurança completa e de total falta de responsabilização por parte da administração.

Viajero Panamá is welcoming, and perfectly located. Great staff, clean and comfortable rooms, and lively common areas make it easy to connect with other travelers. The rooms are clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The rooftop and social spaces really capture the energy of Panama City, and the hostel’s activities make you feel part of a community from day one. A place that’s not just about where you sleep, but about the experience you take with you.
