"There is no elevator in this property. Navigating stairs with luggage is a challenge. The heat in my room was unable to be controlled, and it was extremely hot in the room. Even with air conditioning on and set on a low temperature, it was just tolerable. Nighttime temp was to be 25 degrees is why it was on heat. I did report it the evening I arrived and then upon checkout. Hotel was sold out so unable to move and no other hotels close by. Parking is easy and free. The hotel is convenient to the hospital. "
"The room was clean and spacious. Our sink was clogged and because we got into our room quite late we didn’t report it until the morning.
Breakfast was good - and hot! They kept everything well stocked and clean"
"This was our first time at Lakeview and we were impressed all around. The property is beautifully located on the lake with fantastic views. The motel room was rustic and quaint, perfect for me and my 2 teenagers. The owners of the property were extremely helpful and accommodating. I would highly recommend a stay here. The variety of places to stay on the property make it a good fit for anyone, and the playground, grills, picnic tables and pool make it great for families too."

"With it's waterpark pool, this is an ideal location for families with young children.
However, we are seniors, just looking for a quiet place to rest our heads after a 10-hour day of travel.
We arrived late on a Saturday afternoon and parking was a nightmare!
The pool is visible from the lobby through the glass wall. It was jam packed with screaming kids! There were kids everywhere! They were running dripping wet through the lobby. Any thought of slipping quietly into the hot tub to relax after our long day were instantly dashed.
Also, the pool is not exclusively for hotel guests, local families can purchase a daily pool pass. This explains why the parking lot was so jammed upon our arrival.
Avoid staying here on a weekend if you are not travelling with children.
We tried to have a nap before dinner, but kids were running, crying and screaming up and down the halls.

What are holiday rentals like in Panama?
Holiday rentals are privately owned properties you can book for a few days, or a quick weekend, in Panama. Holiday rentals offer extras like kitchens and laundry facilities so you'll be comfy for your stay. If you're concerned about a clean environment, holiday rentals can provide a sense of security away from shared hotel lifts and busy concierge desks while still allowing you a great travel experience. You'll also have more space in a holiday rental than in a hotel, which makes a holiday rental an attractive choice for family trips.
