Corfu Holiday Palace Hotel

"What a wonderful stay. No hotel stay is ever going to be perfect and occasionally things can go wrong. For us, what really matters is how these things are handled, and this is where Corfu Holiday Palace truly stood out. The facilities were lovely and the hotel had everything we needed. It is an established island hotel, clearly well cared for, with improvements and upgrades ongoing. Our room had a few minor maintenance issues, but every one was dealt with promptly and without hesitation and none detracted from our stay. What really makes this hotel five star, though, is its people. Maria and Sofia at reception were wonderful, warm, helpful and accommodating, dealing with everything efficiently and with genuine care. Eleonora and Despina in Guest Relations were equally lovely and made us feel incredibly well looked after. For me, five star is not about everything being perfect. It is about being made to feel like a five star guest, and that is exactly how we felt. A special thank you to Rosie and Justin from housekeeping, who were amazing and took such wonderful care of us and our room. There is a real warmth to this hotel, created by the people who work there. Thank you for making our first visit to Corfu so special. We left with wonderful memories and would happily return."

"Fabulous staff, always willing to help. Food is amazing including the evening buffet. Only problem was our air conditioning didn’t work but it wasn’t a huge problem. Pools were a little too cold but we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Was great to spend the day at Avali hotel too! Would highly recommend both hotels."

"It was convenient because of its location near the airport. The room was very basic with a good a/c and access to Netflix and Amazon on the television. The downside is that there’s no elevator and the 1st floor starts on the 2nd floor."

"Excellent place the only suggestion is for them to do proper spa with Sauna and steam room overlooking see. They have plenty of space to implement it. Then it will become truly five star resort. As of now it’s four stars. Great views great food."

"Amazing hotel, brilliant staff, great food options and a very peaceful atmosphere. The gym, spa and beach were all great, very clean, good-sized room with very comfortable bed. We particularly loved the Pilates classes taught by Vanessa and the hotel even surprised me with a delicious birthday cake on my birthday. We had a wonderful stay and plan to visit again!"

"Penny and her family are excellent hosts. They prioritise the guests and we felt very at home. The atmosphere is relaxed. I loved the background music at breakfast and by the pool. We were in the annex, the view was amazing, we watched sail boats go by from our veranda.The Friday night greek night was great fun well worth booking. The hotel is in a quiet area and is less than a 10 minute walk into Kavos so great to be away from the noise. My son praised the night manager who was very friendy and helpful. I'd highly recommend this hotel."
