Positives: The apartment was easy to book, in a convenient location. It had comfortable beds, comfortable sitting and dining areas and a suitable kitchen. We were able to collect our key late at night. Negatives: The heating did not work so we were always cold, the hot water ran out on the only full day of our visit, so we could not shower. Bed sheets had been provided for two, but we were three. No staff were available to assist us in the clubhouse and my e-mail, requesting assistance, to the contact at the club has not been answered. In the front bedroom, an electrical plug for a bed light was broken, and there was some loose (stale) popcorn in the bottom of the wardrobe - which suggests inadequate cleaning. A fuel truck arrived behind the apartment at 07:50 just as we were departing which, we believe, could explain the lack of heating, and which might suggest that staff were already aware of the issue. Even this late in the season, we were entitled to a certain level of service, but this was not delivered. I have requested a refund.

Hyggelig lille miniferie/forlænget weekend i en af golfcenterets feriehuse. Dog ville det være ønskeligt, at det ikke ville være nødvendigt, at lufte ud i lejligheden ved ibrugtagning for dårlig lugt fra afløb, ligesom det kun ville øge begejstringen, ikke at være nødt til at vaske dele at servicen op, for at bruge det. Alt i alt dog en god oplevelse på stedet i en ellers lys og hyggelig lejlighed med en praktisk og funktionel indretning.

Skuffende oplevelse i en ellers dejlig lejlighed.

Det var koldt i lejligheden, da vi ankom. Vi kunne ikke bruge mobilen pga, at der ikke er mobildækning, hvad vi ikke var blevet oplyst om. Vi kunne heller ikke bruge internettet, da vi ikke havde fået oplyst en kode. Måtte tage bilen og køre over i Golfcentret og få hjælp. Der kom en ung mand og viste os, hvordan vi kunne skrue op for varmen i teknikrummet og koden står på routeren. Ellers en perfekt lejlighed, da vi havde den som base i forbindelse med familiebesøg.

En helt igennem forfærdelig oplevelse

Der var ingen varme tændt, som i slet ikke, og ingen varmt vand og selvom vi skruede helt op for varmen hjalp det intet. Vi er totalt uforstående overfor at Blokhus Golfcenter kan finde på at udleje en sommerhytte uden at tænde for varme en råkold vinterdag hvor temperaturen faldt til -4 grader om natten og det vidste at vi havde 2 små børn med. Det blev en forfærdelig aften og nat hvor vi måtte sidde med dyner om aftenen og om natte sov vi med jakker og huer/hætter. Heldigvis havde vi 2 tykke tæpper med som vi kunne lægge over dynerne på vores små børn. Midt om natten måtte jeg skubbe sengene væk fra vinduerne og vender vores børn om i sengen fordi kulde indfaldet fra vinduerne var så massivt. Jeg vågnede selv af at mit hoved og næse var is frossent. Jeg skyndet mig ind hvor børnene lå over fandt at det samme gjaldt for dem men de sov stadig. Min kone og jeg fik stort set ikke sovet og næste dag måtte vi sidde med dyner og jakker på. For at få lidt varme valgte vi at tænde for ovnen på fuld blus. Oven i det var der ingen at ringe til og klage vores nød. På det oplyste nummer var der blot en telefonsvarer som oplyste at de ikke kunne træffes. Og der var heller ingen at træffe næste dag inden afrejse. Det virker helt sindssygt og meget uansvarligt af Blokhus Golfcenter at tilbyde disse forhold. Endelig var lejligheden snusket med døde fluer overalt i vindueskarme og gulve. Vi overvejer hvordan vi kan klage for selvom det havde været gratis så ville vi ikke være interesseret.

Flott leilighet, strålende fornøyd.

Vi var 3 voksne og 1 barn på gjennomreise. Reserverte på app, fikk etter kort tid instruksjoner på epost da resepsjonen var ubetjent (lavsesong). Stedet var godt skiltet, lett å finne. Selvbetjent innsjekking var problemfritt. Leiligheten ligger i et bakkeplanskompleks, nytt og delikat anrettet. Parkering rett foran hagedøren. Leiligheten holdt høy standard, framstår som nytt. Det var 2 soverom med 2 enkeltsenger i hver, entre, bad og kombinert kjøkken og oppholdsrom. Relativt godt utrustet med glass, bestikk, lett kokeutstyr, vannkoker og kaffetrakter. Alt rent og pent. Sengetøy og håndklær lå ved sengene. TV og WiFi fungerte utmerket. Stedet ligger veldig usjenert til, ikke en lyd fra omverdenen. Innkjøp og denslags kan gjøres i Blokhus, en 5-10 minutts kjøretur unna. Stedet er helt åpenbart laget for golfspillere trenger oppholdssted. Jeg har aldri satt mine ben i en golfkølle, men mener at både golfspillere og ikke-golfspillere kan trives her. Som vanlig ikkegolfspillende reisende er jeg strålende fornøyd med oppholdet, anbefales om en ikke har behov for alt mulig innen gangavstand.

På egen hånd

Pæn og nydelig lejlighed, men var dog noget overrasket over at receptionen ikke var bemandet. Fandt dog nøglen i en kuvert med mit navn. Trods udmelding om restaurant, var denne lukket under hele opholdet. Bemeldte morgenmad kl. 8 til 9 var heller ikke muligt, da restauranten var lukket. Wifi kunne heller ikke findes og da der heller ikke var mobil signal, var jeg noget afskåret fra omverdenen. Et svagt signal fra nabolejligheden hjalp ikke meget. Jeg fandt ingen anvisning på udcheckning og måtte derfor efterlade nøgle i kassen, hvor jeg fandt den. Er lidt skuffet over manglende og ukorrekte informationer.
