"Room was clean, beds comfortable and aircon excellent But unable to get Wi-Fi in room and nowhere comfortable to sit except on the bed. Pool lovely but no sun loungers. Room was not serviced during our 4 night stay but clean towels were provided on request. Maintenance also came quickly when a curtain pole came down and they also provided a mop at my request because I was frightened of slipping in the wet room. "Room bed was not what we booked. They cannot change the bed for only one of the room. Out of good will we requested for a single mattress to be place on the floor. The hotel insisted on charging fir the extra bed. So disappointed n not stay in this hotel again !!! "
