Budget hotel with great location.

I with friend stayed at Alona Grove for the new year holydays. I have very good imagination of staying. Good location, kindness of the holder Grace who helped us with solution of one problem with medcine for our friends who stayed at another hotel. This is a budget hotel with a good location so do not wait luxuary conditions of it. But it seems installating of water heating would add popularity for this hotel and attracted more guests.

Nice little spot

Nice people run the place. Can easily walk to Alona beach, but unfortunately the path is through a lot of trash (not the hotel's fault). The water has a strong smell. But if you want a bed at a good price, this is a value for money place. Wifi only from common area--doesn't reach all rooms.

Good value for money

The place is cheap but will provide you with all that you need. The water pressure was low but the location is the key. The road to beach was narrow and dark at night but given the price and good service from the staff this place is awesome.

Clean room and shower. Super close to Alona Beach. Cute exterior as well. Staff was very friendly. They even let us keep our baggage there after we checked out. We went on a snorkeling and island hopping tour and came back for our stuff later. The owner even offered to let us use the restroom before we left.

We stayed there on 2 non-consecutive nights and stayed in 2 different deluxe double rooms. Both were super clean and comfortable with air con. Don’t expect sea view but it’s 2 min walk from the beach and nearby restaurants. The only thing is that in the bathroom of the first room, the floor was not well built so the shower water did not drain properly, and the curtain was see-through. Breakfast was limited to Filipino option for 100php. The hotel kept our luggage for 2 days while we explored Bohol. When we came back, the staff was confused about the booking! WiFi not in range of room. Recommended for comfort and convenient location.

Can find a better room at lower price.

Hired staff very friendly and helpful, not so much the owner. Upon arrival I was told that standard rooms do not have hot water showers, yet the exposed wiring is there for a heater, and this is not mentioned in ad. Four ceiling lights have on and dim switch but no off position, so they are lit 24/7. Wifi is virtually non-existant, even in the common area.

Noisy,keep away

The wall is thin so the noise next door is clear heard,the window is also poorly installed,the next building is undergo construction day and night,so u will be bothered,i didnt sleep well for days,no hair dryer,no toilet tissue,no hanger for clothes,no hot water,when you tell the owner about the water heater,she just "acting" to fix it,actually she knew the problem cannot be fixed,and its been a while,she just pretend that she didnt know the problem,this is the worst among my hotel experience,so stay away from this hotel

Great Value Just a Few Steps to Pangalo Beach

Great value for this resort. Short walk to Panglao beach. Room was very clean, spacious, good aircon. Hot water worked for us without issue and WiFi was reliable. Staff/Management on the grounds were very friendly and helpful. To get to the beach you do need to walk down a narrow path (about 2-4 minutes) and anyone with walking issues (elderly or disabled) may not be comfortable with the path. Overall great value and recommend to others.

Locatie is goed. Dichtbij de leuke winkeltjes en een supermarkt op loopafstand. Strand is dichtbij maar geen echt strand.dit is de plek om opgehaald te worden met de boot voor de excursies. Kamer is prima alleen geen haken of plekken om kleding op te hangen in de badkamer.
