The good name for this place “dog shelter”. Staff never wash bed sheets it torn and sticky, i have to use my beach towel to cover the mattress. Last maintains for room was probably 15 years ago. Air condition they are named is piece of rusty junk not even turn fan. When i ask to fix AC, I got rude answer “ NO and if you don’t like, leave“. All walls covered with mold, and shower it is just a bucket of dirty water which is also toilet flusher. People avoid this place !!!!! Shame Expedia for offering this place :(

Fix Room 105

The first room that was given to us was very poor particularly the toilet. We couldn't even close the door because the knob was broken. And, the toilet bowl was the worst. You have to hold the cover if you want to use it because a portion of the hinge was already dettached from the bowl. There were other vacant rooms when we checked in but, I don't understand why they gave us that crap room. Good thing is they allow us to transfer to another room when we requested so. Nevertheless, the location is excellent because it is just right in front of the beach. It is accessible to anywhere you might need to go. They also have a restaurant where you can find delicious food with reasonable price. I would recommend this hotel but avoid Room 105.

Bad hotel - good location

Room not cleaned - spiders and spiderweb more places.. Things were not functioning - toilet broken but could flush, toilet door couldn’t close, lamp wasn’t fully working (blinking a lot).. Staff friendly but not service minded. Long waiting times, being ignored at the service desk, and forgetting to come with e.g my towels as promised.. However it was an excellent location!

해변하고는 진짜 가까워요 하지만 시설이 너무 낙후 되었고 지저분 합니다 가격이 싸서 참고 사용하려고 했는데 에어컨도 없고 방안이 너무 습하고 덥습니다 차라리 밖이 더 시원해요 그리고 청소 상태가 너무 안좋고 화장실 너무 더럽습니다 너무 더워서 잠을 잘수가 없었고 화장실에서 올라오는 하수구 냄새와 소변찌린내(?) 같은게 계속 방으로 들어오고 화장실 손잡이는 전부다 녹이 슬었고 동남아 여행을 많이 해봤지만 가장 최악의 숙소였습니다 서비스에는 헤어드라이기도 있다고 했지만 당연히 없구요 무튼 저희는 4박 결제하고 지내기로 했지만 도저히 지낼수가 없어서 다른 숙소로 갔습니다

Do NOT stay in this resort! NO WiFi! Don’t trust what this resort said on internet! The signal in there is very very very weak, you can NOT access to internet by using your mobile data! No signal at all! NO sea view room, unlike what the claim. Very dirty toilet, you will take shower with cockroaches. 千萬不要入住這飯店！！沒WiFi ！沒海景！跟網上寫的不一樣！ 非常髒廁所！很多蟑螂！

Excellent location and helpful staff but that's where the positives finish. The actual hotel is old dirty and smelt like damp. Not ventilated at all so felt sticky throughout our stay. Ants in the bathroom. Lots of mosquitoes in this area aswell which the hotel can't help necessarily but we feel the damp sticky nature of the rooms attracted them.

This establishment is horrible. First... there fan room and A.C was confusing especially if your first timer.It did not show or disclosed fan room or A.C in their main amenities as options. When I checked in...front desk inform me if I was aware the room was a fan room?? I didn't understand and confused. It was like super hot weather and like to have a room yo cool down on vacation. Also the bathroom toilet seat was not screwed and bathroom lock stuffed with toilet tissue and the place smells,etc...The manager didn'taccommodate me but to charge me more for A.C .WHO WANTS TO GO ON VACATION WITH NO A.C??!!! IT'S STUPID!!! I won't trust this place as far as truthfulness and cleanliness. Maybe if your a backpackers or college kids for the price...yeah.I don't expect very much for the price but at least have to have an A.C and cleanliness. Totally disrespectful place to vacationers.

Water in bathroom sink was not running, had to brush teeth in shower. Cockroaches !!! in bathroom. Ants everywhere, even my clothes. This is place is NOT recommendable!

Great Location!

absolute amazing beach and area. Loved the Hera Greek Patio upstairs and the chill lounge with pool above the Caluna beach lounge, but I forgot the name of it now. Service was aweful: booked for 3 adults, got a room for 2 adults, and a mattress was added onto the floor for the 3rd person. False advertisement on Hotels.com.... watch out... you usually get one less bed... might end up having to upgrade and pay more. The mattress then arrived late during the day after check-in, while I requested the mattress several times already, Rooms were not very clean, and slow to provide bathroom utensils, which should have been there already. But it was cheap and was very close to great location! Shouldn't have expected more!

Right on the beach. Price would suggest reasonable accommodation but it is instead more the budget conscious, cold water shower, poor tv, and broken bathroom type of place you can usually get for 600 pesos. Avoid it. Many better choices along along beach.

Nice room for 2 people, don't book it for 3!

We book a double room with an extra bed (we paid extra for that) as we were 3 people. But when we get there the room.was too small to add an extra bed, and actually they did not have an extra bed. They just gave us a thin mattress to lay it in the floor. We tried to talk to the owner but the only solution he gave us was to sleep in 2 rooms and paying the full rate for the extra bed, even this was not what they offer in the site. We paid extra for the first night, and luckily Expedia cancelled the rest of the booking and we went to other hotel. Room is ok for 2 people, but never book it for 3!!!
