"The property didn’t have a hot tub. It was very bizarre but you couldn’t bring in outside food and worst thing is the picture of the beach must’ve been CGI because it was awful but the staff was fantastic. Pool her great Wi-Fi was good and the air conditioning was great."

"Was quoted one price for an upgrade then told another upon arrival. Booked private rooms but the hot water was broken so the options was to take a cold shower or shower in the hostel shared showers. No manager on staff to address the issues at check-in and was told one would reach out to me but they ..."
