"Rooms are very small. Staff service is good. There are 2 administrators. One has day shift and other has night shift. The administrator coming in night shift was really co-operative but the administrator in day and noon shift was rude. Overall other staff was really co-operative."

"Stayed there with family and kids. We were not expecting much from this hotel as we were only there to sleep...
Sheets were stained, beds are OK if you are 4ft tall.
The main problem for us was with the frontdesk staff blasting music over their phone speaker until 3:30 AM, we had to politely ask them if they could use their earphones at least 6 times but they did not seem to see the problem....anyhow if you are looking for a hotel to stay in this area the comfort inn is slightly more expensive...

After securing the property, I called the provided number to confirm my reservation, only to be met with confusion from the person on the line, who claimed to have no knowledge of Hotels.com. Since it was late and we couldn't find another place to stay, we paid for one night and then left. The room was rather shabby, and you could hear the trains all night. "Extended my stay here and stayed for 17 nights in total, and booked 2 Executive rooms.
Amazing staff....from the entrance to the hotel by the security guards and welcoming Indian dressed greeter to the reception staff to the catering staff to the house cleaning staff (especially Rashuvir), they were ALL absolutely fabulous. Even the breakfast chef would prepare my special cooked sausages perfectly (and he remembered this everyday without fail!). Any request was perfectly executed and relayed to all the staff as a reminder for next time. Wow amazing training, and genuine responsive staff. 100% satisfied. Will DEFINITELY stay here again (stayed here twice now). Wouldn't even dream about staying anywhere else. Keep up the good work :). You guys are a shining example of amazing Indian hospitality."

"I have stayed at this hotel many times. Suitability situated centrally, easy to get to all the tourist sites. Available taxis a close to the metro and railway stations.The staff at the hotel were welcoming. Our check in was smooth and quick. It would have been better if they do the necessary paperwork for both our booking on our first visit. This will save time on our second checkin. The housekeeping staff was always pleasant. The room was clean. The breakfast has limited variety but always fresh with options to meet your special diet needs. The food at their restaurant was always fresh and tasty. We were never disappointed with any of our choices at the restaurant. It must be noted that hotel guests enjoy at discounted rate at the in house restaurant. The staff are attentive and assist guest with local travels by arranging taxis. A special thank you to Luke for always being ready help with a smile. A big thank you to Vikas Parab who resolved minor issues professionally. I would recommend this hotel to anyone who want to be in central Mumbai"
