"This was our 10th Visit to the Milky Bay Hotel, and to our total surprise, the resort underwent a major renovation since we last stayed there, and it is absolutely beautiful!! "I checked in a bit late, got the key, drop my luggage and went out for diner and drink.
When I came back for sleeping I realized that the water in the bathroom was dripping and shower head was broken.
The morning after, I asked the lobby to fix those 2 problems, they did it and had a quiet night.
All of this to mention, the maintenance of the place is not very good, but when you ask them to repair stuff they will do it. I believe bad management but if you push people a bit they will do the...
"The check in process was relatively easy it’s walking distance from the pier about 500 meters the room was clean the aircon was cold there is free tea and coffee available in the foyer a kettle in the room would be more convenient but I was happy with my stay here "
"We had a big and beautifull room with a big and comfy bed. The bathroom was also spacious with a big enclosed shower, great for not showeing the hole bathroom and everything in it while taking a shower.
Our room was on the 3 floor so we had a nice view over the pool with palm trees.
We did not use the pool that much. It is a tiny pool with only 4 sunbeds so you have to be early to get a spot. But its only 10 min walking to the beach.

"I was also fooled by the old pictures, place looks run down. With a little effort could by a lot better. The ladies who clean the rooms are great but everyone else looks like theyd rather be anywhere else. I had a conjoining room (which indidnt ask for, but whatever) and could hear everything in the next room over. Which was annoying.
