Really enjoyed our stay! The receptionist was amazing, she established we were on our mini-moon and gave us a complimentary upgrade - thank you so much. We would advise that you book the spa session in advance if you’re visiting during school holidays.

Lovely staff, lovely entrance, lovely grounds and lovely comfy beds. Lost a star (would have been half a star if possible) unfortunately due to the ladies spa room as there were a number of maintenance issues and generally felt a little tired and worn out. I arrived to find there was no parking . When it said on booking free parking available. Then at reception I was told you had to pay for parking and car spaces were rent out. So no parking even though I was a student.
