Great location, good staff and ckean rooms.

Aruga apartments were fabulous, clean, staff was great, Mike was superb, always helping, Deina was excellent in housekeeping, all the staff were great, Power Plant mall was next door, you can access the mall below Aruga, which was great, I would recommend this property, and we will definitely return.

This is an older hotel with limited amenities. If you are looking for a decently priced hotel with basic amenities and basic breakfast then this it. Older room, with good bed, well functioning A/C, they have a refrigerator and complimentary 2 bottles of water and stocked mini bar. The bathroom also is older and when you shower, the water will not drain quick. I stayed in room 201. The staff at front desk and bell person are nice. The staff at breakfast are not really customer focused. Even though I booked the room for 2 people and paid for 2, they will only serve me 1 complimentary breakfast, I said I’ll pay for it to order additional protein and they didn’t understand. I want what I want. They only wanted to serve me one plated breakfast. It didn’t come with fruit or juice though I’d gladly pay, I just want to be served. In the end they served me but had to explain, I was there not to get anything for free but would love to be served the breakfast I want not the limited complimentary breakfast they want to give me. They should be open to serve even if it meant charging extra. Other than that I had a good stay.

Picasso Boutique Serviced Residences is a basic hotel in a central location. Place is clean but furnishings are dated and need replacing. The bedsheets are clean but shows age with yellowed white hues. Bed is comfy enough. Glass balcony doors do a very poor job of insulating the room from outside noise..Rooms are spacious. The bathroom rainshower has really excellent water pressure and seemingly unlimited heated water. Staff are friendly enough and are very meticulous with safety. There are lots of small shops and restaurants around that allows for authemtic local experiences.

My room was great. AC worked great. The pillows are very hard but the housekeeping gave me softer pillows. The staff were great and always quick to provide me of what I needed. Especially Reynaldo on the 17th floor. The rooftop restaurant and pool was my favorite especially at Sunset time. The staff were so Nice and Welcoming. Ram, Mike, I wish I remembered everyone’s name. The food was delicious. The front office, David,Len,Chaz was so caring, made sure I was safe from the heat, check on grab so that I won’t walk far in the heat.The front door staff, Francis,Omar, Ariel and Benson. The hotels location is near everything.Century City Mall and Century City Medical Center is 5 minutes walk. I stayed for 28days and it seems not long enough.I will stay here again.
