The staff the views the cleanliness are brilliant.little touches like I didn’t announce my birthday but a knock ✊ on the door and a bottle of wine with a lovely note from the staff!! "Lovely hotel with friendly staff. Food was great and waiters very friendly and helpful love there are no kids here! Such a relaxing place. Room was a deluxe with a hot tub and it was amazing. Bed was comfortable and pillows soft. Only issue was the air con didn’t seem to be great. Slept well though despite this a hotel brought us a fan"

"Positives: Canary shuttle from airport €20ish return and stops right outside the door for drop off and pick up. Exactly as it looks like on website. Bed and sofa were so comfortable. Plenty space to eat inside or on balcony. I was contacted by WhatsApp about checking in so I had the contact when we were there. Beach a short 5 min walk and goes on for miles with plenty cafe/bars en route. El Campinaro shopping centre 3 mins away. Main strip about 10 mins in other direction. Very safe with key needed to get into complex. Negatives: There is no cleaning done for a one week stay although there is a mop/bucket and brush/shovel on the balcony. No change of bedding for a one week stay. We had to ask for fresh towels mid week which wasn't a bother but would have been better if we had been told at check in to ask when we needed them. We had an early check out just after 6am and no lighting on way around the footpath which was dangerous as there are a few steps down at different areas."
