"The staff was excellent; the food spectacular (the chef used to work at the Hilton), they upgraded our room with no additional cost. The receptionist/waitress was very informative. The room was spotless and was cosy with nice lighting, a fireplace and electric heating. There is a lovely hike up to the top of the mountain, too. The whole place is very clean and organized with both indoor and outdoor thermal pools. Great for couples and families alike. "

"Al llegar, la reserva no estaba realizada, pese a que se canceló con tarjeta nos tocó pagar en efectivo nuevamente. Ofrecen desayuno incluido en la aplicación y al llegar a restaurante nos indicaron que debíamos pagar el desayuno.
Pésima organización de parte del gerente o propietario.
Al final del día nos dijeron que ese no era el establecimiento que reservamos, que justo tenia su nombre, su foto y su ubicación pero que no eran ellos.
Nada recomendable, ni por el bajo costo."

"We have stayed here several times before and always had a great experience. Upon arrival, they tried to say the room wasn’t available. They tried to charge us more than we paid for a room with less amenities. It wasn’t until we showed the room was booked and paid for did they say it was available. "The hotel is uphill with beautiful views of the mountains. The sunset was incredible.
Be aware the road is unsealed the last kilometre and you need to WhatsApp message the hotel in advance of arrive for them to open the entry gate.
Staff were very friendly and accomodating even though our Spanish is terrible.
This is a boutique hotel with only 5 rooms and we had the place to ourselves.
