La atención del personal es excelente. Opinamos que hace falta un ac en la zona del restaurante para poder comer a gusto. También hace falta asap más amntenimiento a la alberca ya que el agua nos tocó turbia y no muy limpia. La habitación estaba impecable y muy cómoda.

Buena experiencia en general. La atención de las chicas del lobby, y en especial de Omar en el restaurante, fue top. La playa está a pocos metros de la piscina, que suele estar limpia y con buena temperatura. Detalles: unos huéspedes en particular estaban causando incomodidades en el contexto de un hotel que se vende como orientado a relajarse, y no se atendió del todo. El aire acondicionado basta, pero hay espacios en las puertas por los que entra el calor y el ruido (incluyendo a veces de camiones en la carretera). Faltan amenidades como una línea de tendido en la regadera, por ejemplo. Dejando de lado lo anterior, buena experiencia que probablemente consideremos repetir.

la habitación estaba limpia, y el baño en teoría igual, solo que la coladera tenía una tapa muy “hogareña” y no estaba muy limpia. los dispensadores de shampoo/jabón no servían. el agua salía hirviendo 90% del tiempo (independientemente de que grifo abríamos). la alberca no estaba limpia. alrededor había mucha popo de pájaro. el personal que limpió el día que llegamos la retiró con agua a presión, la cual aventó parcialmente a la alberca donde habíamos huéspedes dentro. los camastros de piel estaban deteriorados y tenían basura sin recoger al lado. el agua se veía nublada (de la alberca) y los pisos de la misma se veían despintados (el azul tenía rayas negras). el staff muy amable. eso se debe reconocer. requiere mucho mantenimiento el hotel, y vale la pena porque la ubicación es bonita. eso, y elevar sus estándares de limpieza. no se requiere mayor presupuesto, solo focalizar la atención al detalle.

Ocupamos 2 habitaciones en ambas fallo el internet al ingreso , posteriormente fallo en una habitacion la disponibilidad de agua caliente y en el ventilador giratorio estaba lleno de mosquitos. El agua de la alberca no totalmente cristalina y el personal que limpia un poco tarde.
