Stay was amazing. The reception staff were always helpful and friendly. We were a little disappointed with the closure of one of the outdoor pools and the indoor pool however we were aware of this as it was communicated in advance. We will definitely be back again.

Such a beautiful and modern hotel. I stayed in the deluxe studio and it was still very spacious, decorated nicely snd had everything you would need. From a coffee pod machine to a washing machine. The pool area had plenty of sunbeds and you could ask the hotel for a pool towel. There js a kiosk on the hotel grounds that is handy. The restaurant on site has so many delicious dishes for a very good price. The staff are so lovely and helpful. One of the concierge staff even made sure to put the keycard in our room before arrival so the boiler would heat up in time. It was those extra touches that made our experience so memorable. I would stay here again

Leider wurde in der einen Woche nur einmal sauber gemacht! Eigentlich sollten alle 3 Tage Handtücher getauscht werden! Diese mussten wir dann selber abholen nachdem uns keine gebracht wurden ! Sehr schade ! Zu betonen ist dass einige Apartments auch über Airbnb vermietet werden und man dann nichts machen kann wenn im Nebenzimmer eine Party statt findet ! Die Rezeption war aber bemüht und hat sofort die Security gebeten zu kommen! Der Indoorpool ist leider auch eher ecklig , weil sich der Boden schon auflöst!

Very clean property. Staff were very friendly and helpful. I arrived before the official check in time but they prepared my room early so I could check in on arrival. I was unexpectedly surprised to receive some chocolates and 2 small bottles of wine delivered to my room on my birthday! Fantastic service.

Die Dusche war bei der Ankunft ziemlich schmutzig mit Schimmel und Kalk an den Duschtüren aber nach unserer Meldung hat man sich gleich darum gekümmert. Auf dem Handtuch und dem Kopfkissen fanden wir lange Haare. Ansonsten war die Ausstattung sehr gut und sauber und in sehr gutem Zustand. Das Zimmer war deutlich kleiner als auf den Fotos aber man hat uns gleich einen Umzug angeboten. Viele Familien, das war teilweise sehr laut. Wir würden die Unterkunft aber auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen. Die Mitarbeiter waren alle sehr nett und aufmerksam. Auch im Restaurant wo wir nur ab und zu Kaffee getrunken haben fühlten wir uns sehr wohl. Vielen Dank an das Team vom Elysia Park!
