"Absolutely fantastic customer service, reply to emails within minutes prior to stay. Reception staff really helpful with bus’s etc. Room was clean and washing machine was a great addition. The Apt complex had vending machines with water & snacks in but the complex is missing a bar area. It’s a 20 minute walk to Harbour area and needed to use google maps the first night to get there (we landed out of reception hours) area is very residential and apart from a few small convenience stores there is nothing much around. Key safe area really easy to find and great clear instructions on how to use if you land out of hours. Would highly recommend the Apts and have no complaints whatsoever for the price we paid. "
