Also I requested a room high up very far in advance- they completely ignored this request, placing me on the third floor with a “partial ocean view” that was obstructed my trees. "The room was fine. The hotel advertises services, but nothing works. The workout room was minimal and it was locked. The pool was closed for service. The sauna did not work for over a week.
