"The property gives you high luxury in the middle of nature. But what makes the place exceptional is the services given by staff. They treat you like VIP from arrival to check out. I have done a lot of travel and hotels but this was so far my best experience. It brings two worlds together and it’s absolutely have to visit place if you are looking for safari lodges"

"I really enjoyed the hippos grazing at night. The staff also built us a bonfire the first night we were there and we were able to eat around it. The biggest problem was they said we were not expected ( even though my name was clearly on their guest list) and that they did not know we had a 6 year old with us. They were very confused at first and did not know how to handle the situation. One man was very unfriendly."

"the person hat is putting this hotel listing has no involvement in the hotel. he is just an intermediary, the hotel owner does not know him and does not even know that they are listed on expedia. that person has over priced the hotel rate and collects the money and just pays a fraction to the hotel. When I saw the hotel and did not want to stay in it, the hotel management had no problem to refund me the money but that person has refused to refund the fee that he collected from expedia, even...

"I am really, really tired of hotels claiming that they have ‘free wifi’ (I stay in hotels >300 nights per year). This hotel had only intermittent electricity (so no power to the small fan in the room at night). In 48 hour stay perhaps 2 hours of connectivity. I encourage Hotels.com to add a third category “wifi MAY be available”"

"The staff was nice. We went on a Safari and we got to see lots of animals and we went on a dinner boat cruise and got to see hippos and and some other wildlife and that was a lot of fun. The rooms were nice. We stayed there total of five nights Very peaceful and relaxing in town is not very far away as in Pakwach. For some easy shopping and gifts"
