"First night started off not perfectly due to some other guests in the hotel. Hotel staff were very accommodating and made the rest of our entire stay very enjoyable. This is a great place to stay and if any issues arise all staff are more then willing to help in any way that they can."

"Stay was amazing, Carlos did everything possible to make our stay as special as possible. He gave us his binoculars to use on our boat tour and organised the tour of the national park for us. He definitely went above and beyond what we expected. The breakfast on the rooftop was amazing, perfect start to the day. No ask was too much trouble and the staff were super friendly alongside Carlos. We left our bags in the hotel after we’d checked out so we could go in our boat tour and come back after lunch and again, this was no problem at all. Carlos and the team were genuinely fantastic and I would recommend this hotel to any that wanted to visit Paracas!"

"I like how relaxing it was. It is not just a comfortable hotel to spend the night, but you want to spent the day enjoying the pools, walking around the property, enjoying the mineral pool. There is so much to enjoy! "

"Booking. We booked a week before. We couldn't get the full address from the 'management company'. It states unnamed, Paracas, Peru. The address they gave is not a street address. Luckily for us we stay in Paracas every year so kind of knew we re it was located. The 'management company' seems to do everything through Wahtsapp, as I don't use this, they were 'unable to communicate with me' that's what they said. Even though we booked in Hotels.com and emailed them. I also whatsapp'd the person listed at the host. He never responded at all. Not until we arrived at the property, and only sent me a link to the awful 'management company.' Staff on-site had been given the wrong date so the property wasn't ready, the pool not cleaned and no hot water until day 2. Property Well appointed, clean and modern. Large living space (needs AC in living space). Kitchen was well equipped. Bedrooms have AC, and were very comfortable. Water pressure was low in bathrooms, once hot water was restored there was no cold water, so taking a shower was tricky. Also toilets were very easily blocked and had signs saying no paper at all in the toilet (even toilet paper?) Pool was great (after it was cleaned). "
