"This was a very pleasant surprise in a hotel. I booked it totally based on price and reviews, as I only needed a place to sleep while getting from point A to point B. Check in was the easiest process of any of the places I stayed on this trip. The front desk staff was friendly and helpful. Everything was decorated and looked nice. The room was very comfortable... the bed was great and the pillows were plenteous and supported my head better than most. I got a GREAT night's sleep and woke up happy I stayed here. I would definitely recommend this hotel and would gladly stay here again if every passing through.
Note: This hotel is GREAT if you aren't looking for a location with stuff to do. I asked the guy at the front desk what there is to do in this town and he replied, "Eat, Sleep, and Repeat". He wasn't lying... there is a gas station, a dollar store, and like 4 restaurants... that's about it! McDonald's ice cream machine was working when we were there... lol!!"
"The tv in our room didn’t work the first few nights. We had to have maintenance come and fix it.
The bathroom was extremely dirty. No one ever came to clean our room when we asked for it. We also asked for new towels and were given just one.
We put drinks in the mini fridge and there was a brown slimy thing in the back. It looked like poop but we weren’t sure."
"There was not enough breakfast available for the guests, and no staff member was present to manage or replenish it. As a result, guests were left waiting for breakfast for an extended period. Additionally, the pool area was not very clean and could have been better maintained."
"Still the best stay in town, but last couple trips in they were out coffee by 6:30am and weren’t prepared for early morning rush. Response from desk was, “oh, sorry. Guess we’ve had alit of people come through”.
Running out of oatmeal is one thing - but NEVER run out of coffee. Right??!"
"The staff was friendly and helpful no matter the time of day. My room was clean and the bed was comfortable. I stayed four nights and I had no issues."
"The front desk receptionist was welcoming and beyond helpful! The housekeeping staff were way better than I expected.. We were there to sleep, get ready for the day and it definitely served its purpose!"
