"We've stayed here multiple times on our way to Oklahoma City, but won't be staying again. The breakfast was awful, towels were very rough and overall the hotel has gone down hill. Very disappointing."

"Very clean room, comfortable bed, very friendly check in staff. Great breakfast options. My only complaint was the in-room coffee maker had a dirty water reservoir so I did not use it. "

"We had a very small dog with us. We’re given a choice of two rooms both on the first floor. Both rooms were very tired and smelled poorly. The two yellowish orange chairs were very dirty and the room we chose unfortunately had an ice machine in front of it, which made a lot of noise throughout the night whether people were using it or not. The toilet in our room would randomly run on its own and the toilet seat would not stay open consistently. The floor was extremely worn with tatted and torn areas. The breakfast was mostly all gone at 9:35 when it was to go till 10 AM. There was no hot coffee. The remainder of the eggs was all dried out when ask if there was more coffee. The lady who was running the hotel was very kind and understanding, but we have yet to see any type of refund. Very sad example of a Best Western PLUS!!! We have preferred this brand and it is typically a trusted name but not this time:("
