"There was no staff, so I cannot rate that. No human contact at all, only text messages and codes to enter the room. The entrance door code pad was stuck @ we had quite a bit of trouble trying to lock it whenever we left. Had to jiggle door knob unit a bit & finally got it to lock. The room was mostly ..."

"This property was way back in the woods. This should have been explained in the listing. A little too rustic for us. There were no window coverings in the bedrooms which was uncomfortable. Need to have instructions for the light switches. Communication was good. Loved the Keurig coffee pot."
