"The room I was assigned was a bit too small and did not have proper ventilation so with the humidity plus the lack of windows ventilation and clean air was an issue. Nonetheless, the hotel is great, staff super friendly and resourceful, it super close to the airport and has two great restaurants walking distance and a pollo campero 5 minutes away driving distance. Overall my experience was satisfactory. I would definitely stay again."

"This is a gem in the volcano! Waking up to gorgeous views and so many butterflies was a dream. Having breakfast delivered to the room was so wonderful. The beds were very comfortable. Our kids loved the swings and the pool so refreshing."

"What a cute and interesting hotel. You will never get bored here with lots of pools to choose from and lots of places to chill out at with tables and benches and hammocks in different interesting locations. Also, the different rooms are very interesting. The boat tour was good. The food was good as well."
