Excelente localização, próximo do comércio com bancos, restaurantes e lanchonetes e também do Centro Histórico. Ideia de acomodações rústica mas faltou um pouco no conforto, mas de impressão. Bom café da manhã.

beautiful hotel, nice big rooms. very lush landscaping, so make sure to bring bug spray as you will be getting bug bites!

Ok porém quartos ruins

Hosts são queridos, o hotel é bem bonito cheio de plantas, café da manha bom. Porém o quarto é bem ruim, com cheiro de mofo e lençóis antigos, é há mtos mosquitos no hotel/cidade, portanto leve repelente!

Uma experiencia agradável, porém o hotel pecou em alguns detalhes básicos como: qualidade do café da manhã, muito pobre e sem variedade de bolos, sem pão de queijo e ovos mexidos, itens básicos em qualquer café da manhã de qualidade.

Equipe sensacional, especialmente a Denise, sempre muito atenciosa e gentil. Todos muito prestativos e interessados em nosso bem-estar. Localização muito boa, perto do centro histórico. Muita natureza no hotel. Piscina boa e limpa. Café da manhã farto apesar de não oferecer pratos quentes (ovos, por exemplo). Apartamento simples e rústico, mas confortável; tem uma boa varanda com duas cadeiras e mesinha (rede pode ser solicitada). Roupas de cama e banho sem luxo, mas muito limpas e trocadas sempre. Sinais de TV e wi-fi instáveis.

Hotel muito agradável próximo ao centro histórico

O hotel é lindo, com muito verde, natureza abundante, a piscina é ótima. Mas a localização é perfeita também, bem próximo do centro histórico, da pra ir a pé tranquilamente. O staff muito gentil e o café da manhã é justo.

Awful

This hotel is very expensive - I know Paraty is expensive over the festive period but if you are paying nearly US $200 a night I expect more than a hostel type metal bed a cheap mattress, a TV that is about 25 years old with no international channels and a shower room that would not be out of place in a dormitory style block. The room is rustic to say the least and very dark snd dingy. The pool is dirty full of leaves and surrounded by cracked uneven tiles. There is no pool bar service no pool towel service no anything. Thr breakfast is ok usual Brazillian fare but nothing hot no eggs for example. Staff are sad looking and no greetings or smiles. Reception not manned all the time have to shout for service. This hotel does nothing to make for a comfortable stay for its guest even though they are paying so much. The grounds are beautiful I have to say but they don't make up for horrid dingy rooms, miserable pool area and poor service. We couldn't wait to leave, paradise it is not.

Recomendo!

Quartos simples e limpos. Muito próximo do centro histórico, café da manhã ótimo e atendimento de primeira qualidade. A pousada é surpreendente são chalés e uma área externa que rende muitas fotos. Excelente paisagismo e piscina limpa!

Belo e agradável. Bom preço.

Muito bem localizado e instalado. Você realmente está em um parque com muitas árvores e plantas. Bom café da manhã e piscina. Quarto espaçoso. Ar cond sem controle temperatura, muito frio. Box do chuveiro pequeno. Wifi lento e intermitente. Pequenos inconvenientes que são facilmente deixados de lado pois o local é muito belo e agradável.
