The Inn is super fantastic. The crew is wonderful. The place sensational. I just suggest the owners check the sewage system in room #4 we stayed in. The stench was unbearable.

This place is surrounded by mountains. Beautiful views and sofisticated amenities. Room was spacious and clean. Breakfast was 5 out of 5. Friendly staff. Loved it!!!

Meu esposinho me deu uma visita a este hotel como um presente para o Dia dos Namorados. Não consigo me lembrar de uma época em que eu tenha sido tão feliz em um lugar. Eu sempre digo que ele me trata como uma princesa, e ele me trata. Mas eu me senti como uma rainha na Pousada Apple House Paraty.

Pool in our room was fantastic. Food was excellent. Staff is great. Only criticism is big generator near main pool. It’s noisy. Other than that, highly recommend the hotel.

- firstly the staff were an absolute credit to the hotel. From reception staff, to barmen to breakfast staff. All were brilliant and couldn't do enough to make us feel welcome. In particular the lovely 2 english speaking ladies who managed the front desk. Plus the man who made the caipirinhas (freddie, johnnie?) - breakfast was brilliant, esp if you like cake!

Perfect stay - thoroughly enjoyable.
The hotel was located in a very nice place, the premises are terrific, service was unbeatable and the pools were clean and wonderful. Breakfast was amazing and we did room service a couple of times which was excellent. Special shout out to Roberta who went out of her way to help us out with everything.

A super place as a couple, a family or w/ friends
All was very good: Location, personnel, service, accommodation, pool, breakfast, view on the mountain.... We really enjoyed our 2-night stay at the Apple House Paraty with our 3 children (18, 15, 8). You need a car to get there but it is worth it especially if you don not want to stay 24h in the center of the old Paraty.

The service was outstanding. Everyone was supper friendly and helpful and showed genuine interest in make our stay most confortable. This is by far the best pousada in Paraty in terms of infrastructure however I was surprised that the service was so great. Regardless of the size you always felt at home and as stated above the level of professionalism and friendliness of the staff was something I probably haven't seen before and I book over 50 hotels a year at last.

HOTEL NOVO, CONFORTÁVEL. FORA DA CIDADE!
Primeira vez que me hospedo fora do Centro Histórico; estava tudo lotado e precisávamos de um lugar com garagem para uma noite, antes de embarcar. Apesar da APPLE - que não é pousada e sim um grande hotel, com 100 quartos, entre suítes, apartamentos e casas, ficar a 3, 4 km, deste “centro”, fiquei surpresa com o que encontrei: quartos amplos, jardins belíssimos, piscina aquecida e sauna deliciosas, café da manhã super completo! Imagino que para famílias com crianças e de passagem, seja absolutamente “perfeito”! Ah, excelente custo-benefício tambem’

Ótimo atendimento, estrutura excelente, café da manhã muito bom com muitas opções. Infelizmente durante nossa estadia presenciamos hóspedes sem noção com garrafas de vidro na piscina, comendo e lavando colheres na piscina e apesar de avisarmos a adm do hotel para notificarem os hóspedes não adiantou muito pois permaneceram com as infrações, preferimos nos retirar da piscina.

Pousada muito confortável com instalações novas e limpas. Café da manhã muito variado, piscina aquecida, equipe extremamente educada desde a entrada até a saída do hotel. Sem falar que o hotel é tão pet friendly que são criados uns 3 cães com muito amor e carinho. A única coisa que não foi muito satisfatória foi a internet, que caía muito o sinal. A localização também não é próxima ao burburinho da cidade de Paraty, precisando de carro para fazer o deslocamento. Minha estadia foi muito agradável!

Muito bem recebidos pelos funcionários, que foram muito simpáticos e atenciosos. Estava comemorando aniversário e enviaram um bolinho na data . O quarto era enorme, banheira de hidromassagem gostosa, ar condicionado gelado, chuveiro forte e a piscina do quarto é aquecida, perfeita para mergulhos a noite. Com ctz vou voltar
