Great hotel to stay at in Ilha Grande. Ricardo the owner is very helpful and attentive, helping figure out things to do in the island and accomodating guests needs.

O hotel fica na estrada contraria a entrada para o centro historico de paraty. PONTOS ALTOS 📌Piscina, tem uma parte que da para ficar com criança pequena e parte funda para adultos. 📌 Área de recreação com toto, ping pong e sinuca. 📌Área verde para relaxar com muitas redes e árvores, tao lindo. 📌localizaçao, muito proximo ao centro de paraty e de onde saem os passeios. PONTOS NEGATIVOS 📌Cafe da manhã com poucas variedades, nao muito saboroso infelizmente. 📌O quarto quadruplo em que ficamos, era muito dificil regular o chuveiro, ainda bem que estava bem quente e isso ajudou a suportar a agua gelada que foi o que conseguimos. 📌No final da estadia foi pedido gorjeta de 10% para os funcionarios. Achei estranho, pois isso nunca tinha acontecido em nenhum outro hotel. Fora isso, eu voltaria a me hospedar nesse hotel pois percebo que os beneficios superam os maleficios.

A pousada é maravilhosa, atendimento excelente, quarto super limpo, com certeza eu voltaria. Uma dica fomos em dias de chuva o quarto 14 fica lama e suja toda a frente do quarto, seria bom melhorar a passagem a pé. Outra informação relevante logo na saída da pousada tem uma passagem para bicicleta, na pousada tem uma placa mas não é muito bem sinalizado, seria bom melhorar a sinalização e avisar os hóspedes também quando fazer o check in.

A estadia foi boa. Os atendentes são atenciosos. Acho ruim que sejamos nós mesmos que tenhamos que fazer todo o check-in. Nesse caso o formulário já poderia ter sido enviado a nós por whatsapp, o que nos permitiria adiantar esse processo. Fora Isso tudo certo.

A pousada é uma gracinha... mas achei o colchão um pouco duro e os travesseiros moles demais. O Café da manhã é servido apenas depois das 8h.. o que atrapalha quem tenha criança pequena que acorda super cedo e quem gostaria de iniciar logo cedo atividades externas, pq até tomar café e sair, será no mínimo 9:00-9:30h da manhã...

É a segunda vez que ficamos na pousada. Ela é linda e super confortável (ótimas camas) mas achamos que dessa vez por ser alta temporada a limpeza estava aquém. Ficamos no quarto no térreo e o barulho do quarto de cima a noite incomodou. Os lixos das áreas comuns sempre lotados, as mesas da piscina sujas. Fora isso, o espaço é delicioso, piscina boa, parquinho. Ótimo para família.

O Hotel é incrível! Uma área lindissima, muita natureza ao redor. A área da piscina é maravilhosa, perfeita. Tudo muito limpo, realmente gostamos e voltaríamos. O único ponto negativo é a cama. Infelizmente, dormimos mal porque a cama é pequena demais e o colchão duro. Acredito que eles tenham quartos com camas maiores e mais confortáveis. Mas o quarto standard, a cama é muito ruim.

Local agradável. Fica um pouco distante do centro da cidade, em torno de 4 km, mas para quem procura natureza e descansar longe de barulho é um excelente lugar, piscina muito boa, quarto limpo, café da manhã tinha poucas opções, porém tudo gostoso. No check out foi oferecido uma taxa de 10% para os funcionários, porém é opcional.
