Éramos de tres nacionalidades diferentes y obviamente nos comunicamos en inglés y con ella también, por qué ninguno sabemos francés. "Everything was perfect! The location, the customers, the staff, the day to day ambiance and activities, absolutely brilliant! We never tried a family holiday residence before but we were so happy, we extended our stay!! We LOVED IT! And we now want to spend a week again next summer! Merci Plein Sud!"
"Okay, I don't need a big room, but this one was way too small for 2 normal sized people. We were really disappointed given the reviews we read before. You could not even place ONE small carry-on on the floor. Our room had a balcony and there was a very busy street. We had to close the windows and blinds and place ear plugs to sleep. The AC did not go below 22 degrees and it was too hot at night. The healthy sleeping temperature is between 17-18 degrees. They also charged us 8 Euro for parking, which should be included in the room price as there is no problem on the property itself. This we felt is unfair. We did not choose the breakfast option. In the bathroom the toilet flushing cover came loose and fell to the floor without being touched... and one of the towel shelves above the toilet also fell down when taking a towel. This is just over the top "we are eco-friendly", some things were just laughable. We would not stay again. "
