Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott Lexington North
8/10 Good
"It is usually very clean as I've stayed there before. I did not have any hot water in my room. That was very unusual. Apparently the pool was cold as well."

4/10 Poor
"Our A/C made a horrible noise all night when it would turn on. Also the T.V. screen must have been going out because half of the screen was green amd the other half was working somewhat better."
"Hotel was conveniently located and the design was unique. The staff was friendly. The bathroom was very small and we could not get the room to stay cool. We also had a stained/dirty towel."
"Clean, safe, comfortable. Hot and cold breakfast choices. Nice pool and hot tub open until midnight. Easy off and on freeway. Great price for amenities."
"Shower stall needed wiped down. Tile floors needed swept and wiped down. Rest of Room looked clean. Bed was nice and comfy. Breakfast was good. Representative at check in was very nice and accommodating even tho hotel’s computers weren’t working!"
"This was my first stay at this hotel, and I booked it based on the positive reviews and photos online. Unfortunately, my experience was very different.
While check-in was smooth, the first room was dark, damp, and dirty. There were ants coming from the AC unit, stains on the walls and unit, and what appeared to be dried blood on the bed sheets. The lighting was so poor we had to use our phone flashlights to inspect the room.
Thankfully, Harry at the front desk was extremely helpful and moved us to another room, which was better but still poorly lit, and the TV sound did not work. Breakfast the next morning was disappointing, with limited prepackaged options in a very small space.
The final issue was the pool area. The chlorine smell was so strong it burned our eyes, and the pool had a visible dirt ring around it. At that point, I canceled our second night and booked another hotel. Several arcade machines were also out of order.
The hotel’s exterior and decor were nice, and Harry provided excellent customer service, but the cleanliness and maintenance issues outweighed the positives. I also contacted management afterward and never received the promised follow-up call. I will not be returning."
