Pleasant stay at the hotel, very clean and staff were very friendly. Only issue was the closure of the rooftop bar, there were no prior notices of this before booking. Overall a nice place.

Nice hotel but very noisy room.
Very welcoming reception lady at check in and very friendly staff around the hotel such as the security staff and reception staff who were all really nice. Very very grumpy and rude bar man though. Unfortunately, our room was very noisy & possibly the worst view from a room that you could imagine. We were directly above the bins and just heard constant smashing of bottles. In the early hours of the morning we heard an entire family in the staff bin area talking loudly for about 20 minutes and making lots of noise which was not very professional for a hotel of this reputation and price! We also had a problem with the neighbouring room who was constantly smoking on their balcony which came directly into our room forcing us to close our door due to my asthma. Although our room was lovely and comfortable the little things did spoil the experience and was certainly not worth it’s price tag. Strange location not very much near by and would not venture out after dark but served our needs for our two day stay.

Great location for business travelers who use Le Bourget airport and the exhibition center. Very clean and friendly while price makes sense given its location 40mins by car / no direct public transportation.

Nice hotel. Rooms have very nice features
Hotel is good. Friendly staff, nice rooms with nice features (kettle, coffee machine, iron and good tv) wifi works well too. What I don’t get in France is why check in takes sooooooo long? Not specific to this hotel.

Another visit.
The Tea cups in our had not been cleaned/swapped. Did not want to become a member just to get internet.It's free in all the other Hotels i stay in. Apart from that the staff were very nice and helpful.

+ Perfect location for doing business at Le Bourget + Very nice staff - Shower had no place to put soap, shampoo (and no conditioner available) - Room was cold even after I increased the heat

Good Hotel
The rooms are very nice and even the overall Hotel. Staff very friendly. The room was a bit cold the first night but then they put a heater in the room.

Lovely hotel
Enjoyed the amazing bar. Shame the spa wasn’t running but made use of good job and small but nice pool. Local area not the best but found all we needed.

Hanging at Le Bourget
Very convenient, clean, and spacious rooms. Great WiFi, comfortable beds, good restaurant and great breakfast buffet. Excellent place to stay if you are flying into or out of Le Bourget. Draw back is not very many places to walk to near Le Bourget.

Breakfast is very un-inspiring - this time the only eggs were hard boiled or fritatta (eggs with potatoes).

This hotel has offered excellent service and hospitality in the past. This trip was not up to its standards with long waits for dinner service and understaffing. Although they did address it and offered to make up for it, I prefer great service as standard especially when staffing and planning was the issue.

Another good stay here
I've stayed before as the location is brilliant for working at the airport. Its a good hotel however I was met by a trainee at check in with nobody to supervise him. The same guys was there at check out and didn't have the previously arranged take away breakfast ready. Another downside for me was not having a coffee machine on the room or liquid milk. Also the panoramic bar was closed. Other than this it's a good, convenient, clean hotel with helpful staff.
