Nice hotel

I stayed at this hotel for 4 nights until yesterday. clean room, towels changed daily, hot water at discretion, very good heat, overall for us it was exactly what we were looking for. the staff was very nice without any problems, I strongly recommend this hostel for those who want a city break close to the center and the metro and bus. very quiet area and full of cafes and supermarkets

This is a wonderful little hotel! It’s very close to the St-Ambroise Metro stop and in the midst of a non-touristy neighborhood. I hope a great stay there!

We really enjoyed our stay. It’s a simple hotel but the beds were very comfortable and it had the amenities we needed. We especially appreciated the French breakfast served at acacia hotel (for an extra charge)

Great location to trains and lots of restaurants within walking distance. You can also walk to beautiful cemetery and walk most of the way to Eiffel Tower but you can hop on a bus. Friendly staff and quiet location.

This hotel is a very basic, no-frills place to stay in Paris. It is a fair distance away from places of interest The bed was comfortable. Breakfast variety was minimal but the baked goods were tasty and filling. Staff was friendly and helpful. The neighborhood is colorful, interesting and bustling and there are many restaurants and shops nearby.

Very pleasant and friendly staff. Affordable property that serves the purpose: a place to rest after a long day of exploring the city. One could walk to some attractions. The walls transmitted a lot of other room noises as well as outside street noise.

My friend and I really liked how the area was safe. There isn’t a lot of tourists, definitely more locals. The night life is excellent but also quiet. There is no AC but you don’t need it. I would stay here again.

Location was good. Basic property, definitely a no frills but exactly what we needed. Our time and money are spent elsewhere in Paris. Was clean room. Only thing I’d change would be towels…about size of hand towel…and only one towel per guest….but it was fine

Pillows and bed very uncomfortable. Staff super friendly and helpful. Towels were more like hand towels! Location was good. It was decent I guess. I would not stay here again.

There was no Air Conditioning, which was uncomfortable and there were not enough electrical plugs, one of which did not even work, so we needed to use the TV plug instead of watching TV, but the TV was not connected, so it would seem others had the same issue; other than that, the staff was very friendly, the hotel area walkable and nice, the subway is a few blocks away, which was convenient.

Convenient location within a few minutes' walk of several underground stations and bus, excellent selection of local cafes, restaurants and bakeries. Staff friendly and helpful enough, but it has to be said the room reeked of cigarette smoke, day and night - it was very intense, even in the middle of the night and despite leaving the window open all day while we were out. Do not disregard and take this into consideration if considering booking. All in all, you get what you pay for, and if it wasn't for the smell the experience would have been great.

The staff was friendly. The place was generally clean.The wifi worked just fine. The beds were uncomfortable. The pillows were the thinnest pillows I've ever seen and it was quite noisy. Also, small item was that they say property is smoke free in description but thats definitely not the case. Opening windows aired out cigarette smell (thank you large parisian windows) pretty quick. So not huge issue. But shouldn't advertise as smoke free and then put ashtrays in ll the rooms.

We were glad that we only stayed for one night and it was terrible. The bedsheet and molleton were dirty with spots. also we found a dirty pillowcase under the molleton. The guy from the reception did not help us to change the bedsheet (because he was alone) so he gave us new bedsheet. we changed by ourself. We do not recommend this Hotel at all, not even for one night! I have pics to share. also is there a refund possible? thx

Bonito Hotel para una estancia en Paris, las habitaciones son algo pequeñas (por no decir MUY PEQUEÑAS) sobre todo el baño Las toallas son muy pero muy chicas y no las cambian todos los días a menos que lo pidas. Si vas en silla de ruedas, sugiero que lo pienses dos veces, ya que la silla de ruedas NO CABE EN EL ELEVADOR a menos que puedas pararte momentáneamente y doblar la silla. el Hotel ofrece desayuno con un costo adicional de $7 Euros pero es muy sencillo, mejor camina una media cuadra en contra del trafico y encontraras una joya llamada @unreve, delicioso para desayuno o Brunch con baños excelentes y enfrente hay un Franprix que es un super para cualquier cosa que te haga falta. en resumen le doy un 4 estrellas en general.

9月5日夜〜10日朝まで1人で宿泊。メトロ　Line9 のSaint-Ambroise駅から徒歩3分程度。1人宿泊で朝食無し1泊1万円しなかったのは立地からしたら安い方だと思う。建物、設備は古い。部屋の中は古いなりに清潔にされていた。冷房設備は無かったが、宿泊した期間で冷房設備が必要とは思わなかった。冬用には温水循環による暖房設備があった。スタッフはフレンドリー。英語は通じにくい（通じないわけではない）。

It is a one star hotel, I did not expect much. The bedsheets were clean. The water was warm in my room was not smelly. The stuff was nice. The location actually great, because there are so many bakeries around and the grocery store and very close to subway station..
