Das Hotel war sauber und modern. Das Frühstücksbuffet hatte eine große Auswahl. Wir haben uns dort sehr wohl gefühlt, weil die Servicekräfte sehr nett und zuvorkommend waren.

We stayed here just so we could visit Disneyland. It was very close and convenient. We took an Uber, but we did notice people walking to the bus stop which was nearby. My kids loved the bunkbeds in the bedroom. The staff are friendly and accommodating.

Le personnel est tres sympathique, chambre propre Seul bemol, 1 ascenseur qui ne finctionne pas, le wifi HS et on capte vraiment tres mal la 5G, ma porte de chambre tres dure a ouvrir. J’ai du faire appel a un membre du personnel pour m’aider. (Qui etait tres gentil)

Le ménage a été oublié !!!!

La chambre etait spacieuse et bien agencée. Le lit très confortable et environnement très calme.le petit + : le restaurant collé à l’hotel (la côte et arête) que est super Le - : sol de la chambre sale, l’aspirateur n’avait pas été passé, il y avait des miettes sur la table de la chambre et au sol miettes de chips et pain, ce qui n’est pas agréable quand on arrive à 00h30 ! Et le lendemain matin nous svons constaté qu’il n’y avait pas de savon dans la douche.......c’etait la chambre 309

Mon séjour était une horreur ! Le système de climatisation était en panne dans ma chambre et l’hôtel ne m’a pas proposé d’alternative. Le petit déjeuner a 18€, alors que les produits ne sont pas frais. Très peu de variété dans les produits proposés. À ne pas faire

Very satisfied

The hotel is 10 min drive from Disneyland Paris. Everything is new and very clean. They clean the rooms and bathrooms every day. They have everything you need, from towels, soap, hairdryer, TV, and the room temperature can be changed as you prefer. They have a restaurant and a bar, where you can order to eat or drink up to 10pm. Breakfast very rich, for everyone's taste. We were very happy with everything, and we strongly recommend their service. Thank you very much for everything!

AC did not work. The hotel staff were aware but made no effort to resolve the issue despite being quite warm. Also room cleaning not done despite requesting. New hotel with good location but service needs resolving.

Hotel was lovely, clean and modern but the temperature of the rooms let it down. Despite advertising AC, our room had none, instead it had the heat on (and it was 35degrees outside). We spoke to reception many times about this and were repeatedly told that this would be resolved and we’d have access to the AC but in the meantime they’d access it from their side and cool the room down. None of this happened. The coolest our room got overnight was 25degrees and left us unable to sleep and feeling very ill. We felt constantly brushed off whenever we asked about it and the customer service left a lot to be desired.

Das Zimmer war sauber, mit Teppichboden und macht einen guten und gepflegten Eindruck. Das Bett war bequem, auch waren mehrere Kissen zur Auswahl (auch im Schrank befand sich noch ein Kissen). Das Zimmer verfügte über eine funktionierende Klimaanlage, auch konnte das Fenster problemlos geöffnet werden. (leider frühmorgens laute Anlieferungen am Hotel) Mehrere Steckdosen und am Bett befanden sich auf der einen Seite ein USB und ein UBS-C Steckplatz. Geräumiges Bad mit separatem WC, Allerdings ist Platzierung der Beleuchtung leider sehr schlecht gewählt (nämlich mittig im Raum) so dass man zB bei der Rasur komplett im Schatten stand, und sich im Spiegel nicht richtig gesehen hat. Die Türkarte hat mehrmals nicht funktioniert, Das Hotel wurde ja erst letztes Jahr eröffnet, zeigt aber bereits an vielen Stellen arge Gebrauchsspuren und Flecken an den Wänden. (zwar noch im erträglichen Bereich, aber für ein so neues Hotel …) Unter dem Fenster befand sich ein großer Wasserfleck, der zwar wohl mal teilweise ausgebessert wurde, aber er ist beim Entfernen der bodenlangen Gardine sofort aufgefallen. Sauberkeit im Treppenhaus, und vor allem im Treppenhaus zur Tiefgarage. Das Hotel verfügt eigentlich über 2 Fahrstühle, von denen aber nur einer bis in die Tiefgarage fährt. Genau dieser war während meines kompletten Aufenthaltes (und auch danach, wie mir von anderen Gästen berichtet wurde) Defekt. Also Gepäck über das dreckige Treppenhaus schleppen. Tiefgarage sehr staubig und unfertig.

Super geräumige Familienzimmer, modern eingerichtet. Frühstück hat uns auch sehr gut geschmeckt. 8 min zum Disneyland mit dem Auto. Alle sehr freundlich. Tiefgaragenparkplätze sind ebenfalls super praktisch. Kommen gerne wieder!
