The hotel itself is passable, but it's let down by inconvenient transport links. The nearby metro station is on the notoriously overcrowded line 13, and we dreaded having to catch it everyday as we would find ourselves crushed on the train matter what time of day/night.

Unhappy stay.

Not completely happy with our stay here. Not only did it take 30 mins to check us in, as the receptionist “could not access our booking”. After, we had to wait for a room which should have been ready as we came in the evening. We then got a room that was not the original one that we booked. It was much smaller and cleanliness was poor.

Cold room

The room was very cold and the radiator was locked. Cold spell in Paris required heat in the room. Had to sleep with pajamas, socks and a heavy wool sweater with a comforter. Caught a cold thanks to the fact that I couldn’t warm up in the room. Spoke to front desk. They couldn’t/ didn’t do anything. Very sad way to spend 2 weeks I. Paris.

Wer ein Nobelhotel erwartet, wird sehr enttäuscht sein. Allerdings ist dieses Hotel wirklich günstig. Die Lage ist okay. Die U-Bahn gut fußläufig zu erreichen. Die Zimmer einfach, aber völlig in Ordnung. Wir haben bestens geschlafen. Beim Frühstück ist noch Luft nach oben, geschmacklich und auch mengenmäßig. Da war der Service nicht ganz so, wie man es sich wünscht. Alles in allem ist das Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis total okay.

The Aparthotel is well cleaned and closed to convenient/shops . No issue with our stay from check in till we check out The metro is walking distance, quite neighbourhood and the price is quite impressive for 2 days stay👏👏👏. To CDG airport is less than 20min by uber depending the traffic Highly recommended 👍

L'appartement était plutôt propre, nous y avons passé 2 nuits. J'ai juste trouvé dommage de ne trouvé qu'une serviette alors que nous étions deux. Mais sinon la propreté était là et nous entendions pas les gens de l'appartement d'a côté ce qui est un très bon point.

Very nice neighborhood, close to groceries and the metro which is perfect. The bathroom was a little bit rundown but as a clean freak I was not bothered that much. It had everything necessary for a week stay and the staff was soo friendly!

Sejour d affaire d une nuit. Hotel tres propre, personnel tres agreable. Gros bemol quant a la plateforme téléphonique de l'hotel. Impossibilités de les joindre. Il m a fallu quatre appels pour qu ils ne raccrochent pas, et la, l'interlocuteur a fait semblant de traiter ma demande (recherche du parking a proximités et tentative pour joindre l acceuil de l hotel) pour raccrocher au bout de 10 min. Au total, 30 min a tourner autour de l'hotel sans trouver le parking et sans interlocuteur au telephone. Ce qui est tres agaçant lorsque l on arrive a 19h et que l on souhaite se reposer. Je remercie la personne de l accueil qui a gentillement pris en compte mon mécontentement et m a offert le parking.

En general muy bien, es un viaje de 4 adultos… La cama y el sofá cama muy cómodos. La lavandería está en el sótano y hay q bajar una app, pero funciona bastante bien, solo que como sugerencia deben arreglar las luces de las escaleras que bajan a la lavandería y ventilar el área de lavado. El desayuno es muy bueno. Está un poco lejos del centro pero la estación está cerca y también hay supermercado y algunos restaurantes cerca
