A nice area to stay in that is away from the busy parts of the city but still very well connected by Metro and train. My room was spacious and I liked that there was a balcony too. Good water pressure in the shower and clean apartment. I used the communal space downstairs to do some work - wifi connection was strong and there was a coffee machine available for free use. The staff were friendly and made me feel welcome.

Short stay 2 nights but fit the requirement

The staff was very helpful. There was a mini market about .5km away and convenient. There was only 1 decent restaurant nearby although Italian but very good. The area currently was a lot of road construction so the taxi coming into the hotel had to work around it and it was ongoing.

The property was welcoming, clean and in a very lovely part of town. Idir at the front desk was incredibly accommodating and friendly, and for our first time in France we feel we couldn't have made a better choice.

Everything related to the hotel was fine. Receptionist helpful in guiding us. Metro stop too far. Overall experience at the hotel was pleasant. Price, reasonable. . We recommend it.

Horrible hotel. Buyer beware!

Firstly, all of a sudden the taxes to be paid tripled. Then this hotel ran my bank card to pay a deposit. After getting into my room, the temperature maximum was 17⁰ celcius and no way to adjust the heat heat. Also, the toilet was broken and unable to flush for my two-night stay. I asked to change rooms but the person at the reception desk ignored me and told me it was not possible.

The location of the property with respect to Paris and the train station was great. Unfortunately the team on ground was not very nice. First was the parking price. I was told it was not 50 Euros as indicated on the property website but 70 Euros. The lady eventually made me pay 60 Euros because I was only staying for 6 days. In the room, the cooking table did not work and i reported this to the team but nothing was done. I repeated this everyday and nothing was ever done. The impression one got was that the reception team could not be bothered.

スタッフの皆さんは穏やかでとても感じ良く対応していただきました。 15時より早く到着してしまったが、荷物を預かってもらえてとても助かりました。 部屋のWi-Fiナンバーを貰ったが、対応Wi-Fiが見つからず利用できませんでした。 タオルの交換は申し出ないとしてもらえないようです。ルールの説明がなく分かりませんでした。 また、1人で予約・宿泊しましたが2人分の市税料金を請求されました。チェックインの際に説明もなく、チェックアウトの際に「もう変更はできない」と請求されました。 同日で別予約をした同行者は市税自体を請求されませんでした。予約の時点で1人分の請求があったにも関わらず追加請求をされたことも含めて2組の違いが分からず困惑しています。

Gutes Preis/Leistungsverhältnis

Wir haben schöne Tage verbracht. Da wir I Erdgeschoss waren, konnten wir direkt auf die Terrasse gehen und frühstücken- optimal ! Die Lage ist gut = man erreicht innerhalb von einem 15 Minuten zu Fuß die nächste U-Bahn Station der Linie 13 und man ist 20 Minuten später mitten im Paris. Die Bäckerei fürs Frühstück ist auch schnell erreicht.

We pendant le salon du tourisme

Nous avons passé 2 nuits 15 min du métro où 7 min du train. Un peu de bruit alentour mais ça va. Petit dej pas très copieux pour 14€ il n’y a pas de fruits dommage. Pain pain de mie viennoiseries fromage blanc confiture miel céréales jambon blanc de poulet fromage beurre et œufs. Café à volonté toute la journée ce qui est un +.

Tout à fait correct et bon petit dej

Problème à l'arrivée (après 21h), j'avais prévenu. Je n'avais pas le code pour la porte d'entrée. J'ai pu rentrer avec d'autres personnes mais je n'arrivai toujours pas à avoir quelqu'un pour pouvoir récupérer mes clés: ça sonnait dans le vide. Enfin, on m'a indiqué au tel comment récupérer mon enveloppe Encore problème, le chauffage n'avait pas été mis en route et il ne faisait bon que le lendemain matin J'ai signalé aussi que le frigo ne marchait pas A part ça, tout allait bien
