Enjoyed a multi night stay and definitely recommend for both location and value for the nightly price. Check in communication was easy and response times to any questions I had were very prompt. The room itself has all you need and was clean and felt newly upgraded. The staff in the lobby were also wonderful and helpful! Great location and just steps from multiple metro stations.

Great apartment in a fun Paris location! The unit was clean, the kitchen well appointed, and the building very quiet. I appreciated the helpful information provided by the owner prior to check-in. We found plenty of nice restaurants and shopping nearby. We'd definitely love to stay here again!

Appartement très bien situé à quelques minutes de deux stations de métro bien desservis. Cuisine fonctionnelle. Appartement bien agencé. Seul bémol la propreté : des cheveux sur la literie à l'arrivée, oreillers auréolés de crasse, des cheveux sur la barre de salle de bain. La cuvette des WC n'était pas fixée. Absence de porte ou de rideau à la douche ce qui est dangereux car il y a une prise électrique juste à côté de la douche. Manque de support pour les serviettes.

La estadía fue buena. Sin embargo, repito mi disconformidad con respecto a que no me devolvieron el pago por un error mío de fecha de reservación, a pesar de haberles informado y corregido ese error unos pocos minutos después. Espero que cambien esa postura y me devuelvan lo que me cobraron por mi error.

Struttura sicuramente molto migliorabile

Allora la struttura si trova molto centralmente ed è molto comoda perché davvero nei pressi della fermata di bonzo giant e con la straordinaria rete di metropolitane di Parigi riesci ad arrivare ovunque in pochissimo tempo però abbiamo avuto una sorpresa al nostro arrivo in quanto il nostro appartamento in base a quello che era la descrizione c’era parso molto più grande e aveva delle finestre che aprivano verso un patio interno molto sporco non pulito da tantissimo tempo e sul quale non si poteva accedere comunque abbiamo fatto richiesta subito di farlo pulire perché ho uno dei miei figli con l’asma e devo dire che dopo quarantott’ore sono venuti a pulirlo però sicuramente mancano armadi perché c’è solo un piccolissimo armadietto che per quattro persone è veramente improponibile, manca la lavastoviglie Mancano degli spazi dove riporre i panni e per quanto riguarda il servizio di Lavanderia è un servizio nel quale c’è una lavatrice asciugatrice unica che funziona le altre due non hanno la funzione di asciugatrice attiva per cui anche questo è stato un bel disagio. Sicuramente altre strutture di questa rete potrebbero essere migliori. Noi abbiamo chiesto di farci spostare, ma ci hanno detto che non era possibile, perché eravamo tutti occupate, purtroppo
