For the first time in Paris. I really got lucky that this place had almost everything I needed. The second place i stayed was a better location but did not justice for me. I would definitely stay in the apartments again if I ever returned!

Very convenient,close to Metro and supermarkets but the hotel is dirty,room is very small,outdated,nothing new Don’t get fool by the picture online, it’s nothing like that, please don’t go waste your money, I’d rather stay at a Hostel Bad bad service

Excellent staff, supermarket and Metro next door. Housekeeping a bit haphazard. Bin from previous occupants not emptied. Chipped bathroom sink, with hair in it. Policy is not to supply plug for kitchen sink! This is bizarre. Despite these niggles, I recommend this property.

The staff was really nice and our rooms were very tidy. The only hassle was that you needed your access card in order to use the elevator. All in all,we had a good experience in this hotel :)

The place was tidy and easy to find. Metro was right there and a grocery was so convenient. The kitchen table and tiling in the bathing room could have been updated a bit more. However fine to sleep and tour Paris. Especially if you are not really relying on the hotel for food or to relax and hang out. We had jammed packed days so perfect for us.

Even though we checked in late, the room I reserved was not ready, the online pics were misleading, there was a foul smell throughout the hall, the room, and in the reception area, and the parking was not included in the price. However, the staff was really nice and it was conveniently located near the Metro, a grocery store, and numerous restaurants.

Less than a minute to metro and grocery store in the ground floor is so convenient. Staff is good and respectable. Hotel has good crockery to cook. We had problem with hot water during the stay and had to bath with cold water in the evening. Morning also after 3 people bath, rest has to do cold water bath.

The location is terrific--right next to the metro with a supermarket and parking garage in the same building. Our room was simple but it was comfortable and had everything we needed. The only thing we didn't like was the tile floor in the entry/kitchenette squeaked with every step we took. Don't know if it was sticky or something else.

I chose this place for the price and location which were both great. The staff was very nice. I also knew like most places they didn't have air conditioning. Checking the weather i didn't think we would need it. Unfortunately the second week was a heat wave and every day was 97 degrees. So it was hard to sleep. You do have a fan. I asked for another one and was told they didn't have any more. And from sweating at night they only clean the rooms every few days which sucked. I did like this place and would recommend if you don't care about air.

L'établissement ne répond ni aux mails, ni aux appels téléphoniques. Points positifs: il est tres bien situé (commerces de proximités, restaurants, transport) et très proche de Paris. Je suis arrivée le matin et comme il y avait une chambre de prête, j'ai pu l'avoir avant l'heure. Points négatifs : Le ménage n'a pas été fait le jour indiqué. Le lendemain, il y a juste eu un changement de serviettes. Les draps sales ont été intervertis, dons sans être changés sur les 2 lits simples, pas d'aspirateur, pas de nettoyage de la salle de bain. L'un des personnels (1 des 2 que j'ai le plus vu) a été très désagréable (heureusement que l'autre compensait) J'ai eu une chambre sans voilage et sans store, donc obligé d'être dans le noir ou avec lumière allumée, avec rideau occultant tiré en permanence car j'etais au niveau 1 avec vis à vis. Dès le premiers jour, on m'avait proposé de changer de chambre au plus tard le lendemain... cela n'a jamais été fait, malgré ma réclamation. Par 2 fois au cours de mon séjours, le personnel de ménage a ouvert ma porte le matin, sans frapper et surtout sans la refermer. C'est dommage, car établissement bien situé et chambre correcte... mais personnel trop peu attentionné et ménage horrible. J'aurais dû mal à recommander... et je n'y retournerai pas
