Bom hotel, o seu ponto mais forte é a localização, próximo de uma das principais estações de trem da frança e diversas atrações. Sua estrutura é bem simples mas condiz totalmente com o baixo preço pago (levando em consideração a cidade). Super recomendo.

Net hotel op loopafstand van Gare du Nord met kleine schone kamers. Er zijn genoeg leuke restaurants in de directe omgeving. Een ideale uitvalsbasis om de stad te verkennen.

Hotel perfetto per visitare Parigi

Posizione eccellente vicino alla Gare du Nord, tutt’intorno la zona è molto viva e piena di locali piacevoli e i vari teatri. Lo staff molto professionale è allo stesso tempo cordiale. Le camere pulite, anche se essenziali , hanno tutto il necessario, un bel balcone che da sulla via proprio in prossimità della Square Aristide Cavaillé-Coll con la grande chiesa di San Vincenzo da Paola. In definita, per Parigi, un rapporto qualità prezzo e soprattutto pulizia: ottimo!

Wir waren 4 Nächte im Hotel untergebracht und sind im Grossen und Ganzen sehr zufrieden gewesen. Das Personal ist super freundlich gewesen und der Check-In unkompliziert und schnell. Englisch zu sprechen war überhaupt kein Problem. Das Design des Zimmers war nüchtern, doch hochwertig. Leider alles ein wenig in die Jahre gekommen. Die eine Seite des Doppelbetts durchgelegen, der Toilettenpapierhalter lag demontiert unter dem Waschbecken. Speziell die Duschtüre (eigentlich sehr schön), hätte in den Ecken sauberer sein können. Duschkopf und -schlauch sollten ausgetauscht werden. Die Möbel hatten deutliche Gebrauchsspuren. Bei der relativen Enge des Zimmers bleibt das wohl nicht aus. Beleuchtung, Abluft im Badezimmer, TV und Klimaanlage haben aber einwandfrei funktioniert. Die schallisolierten Fenster waren sehr gut, da der typische Pariser Lärmpegel außen vor gelassen werden konnte. Ein paar Haken mehr an den Wänden würde helfen, wenn mehr Gepäck untergebracht werden muss. Die ersten zwei Nächte war es angenehm ruhig, in der dritten Nacht wurde um fünf Uhr morgens im Nebenzimmer eine Party gefeiert. Nervend, kann man aber nicht dem Hotel zu Lasten legen. Insgesamt haben wir uns sehr wohl und sicher gefühlt. Die Rezeption ist 24 Stunden besetzt. Man muss klingeln, um ins Gebäude gelassen zu werden. Fanden wir gut. Das Hotel ist gut zu Fuß von den Bahnhöfen zu erreichen. Für ein drei Sterne Haus in Paris wirklich empfehlenswert. Wir würden dort wieder ein Zimmer buchen.

立地がいい

古い建物を内装だけ新しくした部屋。清潔感は感じることができたが、シャワーの使い勝手や部屋の広さはあまりいいとは言えない。空港直結の駅や地下鉄駅、スーパーが近くにあり、立地はかなりよかった。パリの平均価格と比較すると安めだと思うので部屋の使い勝手が気にならない人には良いホテルだと思う。

Good stay in Paris

Second stay at this hotel great location and friendly staff at the front desk that made you feel very welcome, room clean and comfortable sufficient for a few nights stay, would stay here again if return to Paris

Hidden gem

I spent one night here, en route to Charles de Gaulle airport. The room was immaculate, the bed was extremely comfortable and the shower was modern with instant hot water. I dealt with 2 members of staff in total, and they were both very proffesional and friendly. For the price I can't fault this Hotel, and only 6 minutes walk from the Gare Du Nord, I will be returning

Close to Gare du Nord, elevator was broke and during the weekend the breakfast was minimalistic. Nice staff, good, but small room with a modern bathroom. Recommended for a short stay (up to 3-4 days).

The property is very basic so if you are looking for any type of luxury this is not the hotel for you. The lift was tiny so if you have luggage only one person at a time can use it. The hotel is close to the train station but quite a way away from Paris main attractions. The rooms are dated but we only stayed one night so it fit our needs. The staff was friendly and very helpful.
