The location of the hotel was excellent, staff were helpful. We added the Parisian breakfast to our stay and it was good. Accommodations were good, very noisy outside so if you are a light sleeper, bring earplugs.

Room was nice and tidy and staff weee friendly and helpful. As a solo female traveller, surroundings were close to everything and within walking distance to tourist sites and getting to the train station was easy to get to various places. Go by foot, easy to find cute cafes and not so touristy.

The staff were so lovely and always so helpful, this has been the best hotel i've stayed at in Paris by far! Would 100% stay here again, the air conditioning was amazing during the heatwave as well and it was very accommodating for my baby

The only positive thing about this hotel was its convenient location near the train station. The room was very small, the bathroom was tiny, and the staff seemed disengaged and uninterested in providing good service. Overall, the quality was disappointing, and I wouldn’t choose it again.

A surprisingly good hotel in great proximity to Gare Du Nord and the Eurostar. Very helpful staff and convenient luggage storage. Rooms are basic but fine. Location and area felt a lot safer than expected. Breakfast was ok with a small, limited selection but wasn’t very exciting. It isn’t a glamorous, romantic hotel but if you’re in Paris briefly or are using the Eurostar then it is a decent place to stay.

Great hotel next to Gard du Nord. Excellent location for easy walking around Paris. Lots of cafes and restaurants to choose from. Very friendly, helpful, and efficient staff. The room was clean and the AC was GREAT for the hot weather. The balcony is small, but very quaint and accommodating for two people to enjoy. The breakfast was much more than I expected and very tasty (you won't leave the hotel hungry if you have plans to tour Paris in the mornings). I would definitely stay there again.

We had a lovely stay at the Hotel, our second and it seems to have been refurbished since 2022. As many have said, the location is excellent especially if arriving via Eurostar into Gare Du Nord as the Hotel is just a couple mins walk away. The staff were friendly and helpful and the quad family room was as expected, although a part of the wood flooring was uneven and coming off a little by the window. We are Muslim so was great to have multiple Halal options nearby as well. The breakfast was also very good with a good selection and improved since our last stay with scrambled eggs and beans and a few other things now available in addition to the usual cold items. We will definitely stay at the same Hotel on our next family visit.

The hotel was generally well kept for such an old building. Just minor wear and tear so could do with a tidy up in some places. Staff were all very helpful and friendly. Breakfast was really good quality and value for money - freshly baked bread and pastries, plenty of fruit, cereals, cheeses and meats, and even cooked stuff too so something for everyone. Beds were very comfortable so we had a good night's sleep too
