Self check in was complicated , if u call and speak English they hang up on you !! Reception opens for a couple of hrs only , breakfast attendant was extremely rude , name is bead and breakfast which should be replaced as the breakfast is not automatic , you need to pay in addition which was never clear ?!

Hotel non-climatisé en pleine canicule! Il y a un trou dans la cabine d’ascenseur, on peut voir les câbles et la colonne comme dans un film. C’était effrayant. Le miroir est brisé. Le wi-fi n’a jamais marché!

Hôtel non Climatisé il fesais très chaud on arrivait même pas à dormir sans oublier les rideaux casser donc on ne pouvais pas être dans le noir complet où nous cacher du soleil la journée franchement le service de ménage qui fesais que de toquer malgré la pancarte sur la porte

J’ai globalement apprécié mon séjour à l’hôtel : le personnel était agréable et l’emplacement pratique. Cependant, l’absence de climatisation a vraiment rendu les nuits très difficiles, surtout avec la chaleur. C’est dommage, car cela a fortement impacté mon confort. Je ne pense pas revenir tant que ce point ne sera pas amélioré.

I wasnt expecting much. But a horrible smell, dirty linen, constant noise was enough for me to give this rating. No facilities, no AC, marks all over the walls. No staff members, check in done via a broken system. Much better hotels for similar money.
