Clean, medium-sized room (larger and cheaper than the equivalent in central Paris). Friendly and helpful staff. Short walk to the nearest Metro, supermarket and shops.

Comfortable, clean and staffed.

Room had plenty of space for 3, it was well laid out. Breakfast had the basics of eggs, meat , yogurt, cereal etc. Best of all there was a24 hour desk attendant, who is what I expect from Hotels.com

Beds were firm but we slept well. Breakfast had eggs, bacon, sausages, croissants, yogurt and more. Shower was tough because they only have a half door. Air conditioner was ok but not great. Location was too far outside the city unless you are capable of walking long distance to the metro.

We booked our stay during the Olympics, so prices were of the charts. But all hotels were overpriced when I booked. The hotel was clean enough, check-in was easy and we didn't have to check out. The room is opened with a code not a key, which Is thought was super easy. There was no noise from other rooms, but the windows were badly insulated, so we did have some noise from there, even on the 8th floor. Metro station Gallieni is relatively close by, especially if you can walk through the shopping centre.

Horrible customer service. Lady had us waiting 30 minutes to check out just to tell us we could have left. She didn’t even look at us. I also saw multiple guest arguing with the front desk about errors they had made. Horrible experience overall. Would not recommend.

Einfaches, aber zweckmäßiges Hotel

Das Hotel liegt etwas außerhalb der Innenstadt. Da die U-Bahn in der Nähe leider renoviert wird, ist das Hotel nicht so einfach zu erreichen. Zur nächsten Tram-Station muss man etwa 10 Minuten Fußweg (als schneller Läufer) einrechnen. Die Tram bringt einen dann zur nächsten U-Bahn. So ist es es ein Weg von mindestens 45-50 Minuten, um etwa zu Notre Dame zu gelangen. Sollte die Bahn renoviert sein, liegt das Hotel zumindest wieder einfach erreichbarer. Das Hotel selbst bietet kleine, aber saubere Räume, die sehr laut sind, wenn man die Fenster öffnet. Das Bad ist sehr klein, aber auch sauber. Es gibt für zwei Gäste genau zwei Handtücher, was grundsätzlich ausreicht. Haartrockner u.ä. kann man leihen. Das Frühstück ist sehr einfach und nicht zu empfehlen. Für die 11.90€ sollte man lieber beim Bäcker etwas kaufen. Die Parkgarage ist eine öffentliche Parkgarage, dafür ist sie für Paris mit 13€ ausgesprochen günstig. Leider war in unserem Zimmer die Matratze sehr durchgelegen und wenig komfortabel. Das mag in anderen Zimmern anders sein. Für einen Kurztrip und wenn man genügend Zeit hat, um Paris zu erkunden, bietet sich das Hotel dennoch an, da es sehr günstig ist. Die Gegend um das Hotel ist eigentlich praktisch. Man hat einen Supermarkt in direkter Nähe. Der Weg zur Tram-Bahn ist allerdings nicht so schön, weil man über eine Autobahn hinweg gehen muss und der Weg sehr verdreckt ist. Um das Hotel herum ist es aber relativ sauber und man hat kein Gefühl der Unsicherheit.

Great practical and comfy place

Really easy and efficient check in , comfy, clean room. Good shower. Double glazing completely blocked out traffic. Air con good. Cleaned daily Only thing lacking is a kettle and cups. Metro line 3 out of order , but Easy to get in to town on 11 with 20 min walk, but we had booked location to be near family anyway Great star

We stayed here for four nights. It was a great location if you’re going to Disneyland Paris, and if you want to go sightseeing in Paris. The metro is only a 12 minute walk from the hotel. The hotel itself was clean. Unfortunately, on our first day. Our room did get flooded due to the rain. So they had to move our room.The A/C in our room did not work, and the hot water was not working for a day. Overall, it was good for what I paid for. The restaurant next-door Italian kitchen was delicious, and I recommend you try.

no wlan (system error for more than 3 days) no vegan milk for breakfast, and an almond milk bottel was sour!!, asked for a new one but they didn't have) not everybody at reception speaks English, towels were only one per person (means that a guest shold use for face and body the same towel!!! ) many times asked but nothing happened.
